They’re not little children anymore, reliant on their family’s hands and pulled apart against their wishes. If she wanted to, she could go. Aoi takes a breath. Her heart starts beating again, this time with resolution. “Okay,” she says, “Okay. Let’s go.”

Akira ordered custom-teddybear that resembles his lover for her birthday. Actually Akira wants to buy her “girly stuffs” like dress, make-up, etc. but he have no idea which brand or models that suits her. 

So he choose a gift that “simple, warm, and memorable”. Dolls in general reminds Akira to a person that’s important to him, his sister. In other word, this signify that beside his step sister, Ema is important to him too, as a lover.

The days surrounding that day were always the worst of the year. The weather was awful, turning cold enough to bite at the tips of Takeru’s exposed fingers and turning his nose bright red, chapping his lips and making shivers run up his spine no matter how many layers he put on. Call it an old habit, but Takeru usually stayed home. (This year, though, someone else was spending it with him.)

The message from Takeru came on Christmas Eve and with approximately a dozen typos. After a bit of consulting with Ai, Yusaku managed to figure out that it read, more or less- Yusaku? Do you have any plans for Christmas?

Post-canon. Once upon a time, all contact between Ema and Akira happened over the phone. Information about jobs, about treasure, about entirely new worlds. Things have changed a little bit since then. (And not for the worse.)

Wanted to try something and well, I had this already sketched up so I thought why not, more content in the nonexistent tag lmao XD 

And I did a very sad realization while working on it. Well, sad for me that is, I doubt anyone else is gonna care too much about it. I just personally thought it would never come to that but here we are. I’m tired now. 

I’ll talk about it another time when the time is right.

I promised myself I would take a small break in art, but I got inspired and had to draw this real quick. 

I accidentally found one of those “I’ve never considered this ship but a well-written fanfic convinced me and now I’m stuck”, and it got even worse when I stumbled upon beautiful fanart (which is exactly what happened with me and deathshipping as well)(curse all of you glorious content creators). Now I’m sitting here being all “okay but can I have a universe where these two save each other or is that too much to ask?”. 

The fic in question is called “It was a beautiful future” by tieria (from chap7). If you’re interested/curious about this ship then hell to the fucking yes read it!

After the end of everything, the world and all its heroes take a breath. For some of them, that means a bit of distance- and while they're not going to protest that, certainly- it doesn't mean they want to be apart.

Takeru and Flame are extremely good and supportive and I'm DYING I love them both so much
