Currently watching: I just finished Hacks and Rock the Block, now going steady with my umpteenth rewatch of The X-Files. Debating whether to get back into Handmaid's Tale (I stopped after season 3, I think)...

Currently craving: Carrot cake. Went to dinner last night and saw it on the menu, passed, and am deeply regretting my choices.

Last song: I'm not sure of the name of the exact song, but my eldest made me a Don Toliver playlist that I have been listening to while painting, so it was one of his.

Currently reading: I am thrilled to report that I AM READING! It has been so long since I read an actual book that it feels like a miracle. The book is Love by Elizabeth Von Arnim and was recced by a very kind mutual who caught me at the perfect moment with the perfect book.

Currently watching: I just watched the Hacks finale so I wouldn't accidentally see spoilers on here. Also desperately into Murderbot, MobLand and a rewatch of ST:TNG.

Currently craving: Coke (the drink!) - unfortunately, a Coke at the right moment gives a caffeine and sugar hit that can stop a migraine before it starts, so over the past year, I have been chugging them like there's no tomorrow. Now I have given myself a bit of an addiction in that every time I am thirsty, that's what I want to drink. Trying to break the habit.

IT'S BACK FOR 2025! From July 1st to August 30th, Summer For Sickos will be happening, baby! Same as last year - an open collection on AO3 for all the sickos in our fandom to upload fic, art, vids, whatever you like to keep us entertained over the summer.

As before, the collection will be Roman and Gerri based, but not exclusively romangerri, so peripheral ships involving either/both will be welcome. The theme will be Summer, but it is up to you how to interpret this - the important thing is that the creative juices flow.

The collection will be opened as an anonymous collection so we can all have a bit of fun guessing who created what while it's going on, and then on Sept 1st, anon will be dropped, and all will be revealed. So, try to avoid discussing what you're making publicly!

There are no requirements for participating, just upload your fanwork to the collection during July or August. No length limits - write a haiku or War & Peace. Also, no restrictions on rating; go full sicko or make something you could show to your nan. It's all gravy, baby!

Feel free to ask if you have any questions, and please reblog so that we can reach as many interested parties as we can. Very excited to see the results!
