Its been over a month since it all started. I don't know myself how much I have lost because we don't have a scale at home but my mom said she have noticed I have lost a little and that made me happy but I have not seen any result myself only that my collerbones start to show but I need to lose much more because I'm still fat😢

Okay so fall is finally here (if you ask me) and and It have been 3 weeks since it started. some days (everyday) I feel like just taking a bite of food I have overeaten T_T and it's really hard to skip lunch in school cause my friends always waits for me so that kinda sucks but I always just eats the vegetables and a super small bite of the "food" sometimes I can skip dinner because my parents are not always super hyped to cook dinner so they all make sandwiches and I say I fix mine laterz (obviously not) but today I feel like a fucking fat whale because yesterday I ate a slice bread with tomatoes and cucumber and then also a cinnamon bun instead of dinner and lunch. But what if I never ate that I would be closer to my goal. And today I ate lunch vegetables and a pancake in school but the worst was the dinner was chicken salad and WHITE BREAD T^T. Well just gotta exercise before going in to the shower will do it 😣🌸🌹

As fast as I eat and do not feel hungry anymore it feels like I have binged….
Okay so over the weekend I were at my boyfriend’s place and we didn’t eat so much because we didn’t think about food at all. And today is Monday again
Breakfast: a glass of water
Lunch: pizzasalad
Dinner: nothing
Snack: 3 meatballs and a piece candy
Exercise: 10 minutes thigh gap work out
On Wednesday it will be 2 weeks since I started ^^ I am excited 🌹🌹🌹

~Monday~ Start of the week and I am excited. I have start to drink a lot more of water which is great! I have not get experienced any "binge" so this is what my Monday looked like: Morning: exercise -65 calories and eat nothing for breakfast Lunch: eat nothing "Snack": fanta zero 10calories Dinner: few pieces of potato and beans. Maybe 400 calories. Going to burn those calories in a workout now before bed 🌹 Stay focussed but safe 🌹

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: My boyfriend were here over the weekend so I tried as much as possible not to showing that I am trying to starve myself. So on Saturday I ate: Breakfast: one small chicken taco and a small bite of a donut (because we had all this sweets home and if I didn't take any of it my surrounding would suspect something) Lunch:nothing Dinner: salad with cucumber and tomatoes and a small bite of lasagne ******************************************** Sunday: Breakfast: one sandwich with cheese Lunch: 1 banana Dinner: 2 potatoes and small amount of bacon 😣🤢

Third day of my journey
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: little salad leaves, tomatoes and cucumber
Dinner: a small chicken taco
So today is my little brothers birthday and mom have made cake and bought cookies and donuts and I really do not wanna eat anything of those but if I don’t they will obviously think something is suspicious. If I’m lucky I can say I’m full for now after dinner and then never take one. Cause I already feel I have eaten to much 🌹🌹🌹

Okay so this is my second day of my journey to a thinner and happier me. So yesterday was a great start. I ate 1 small sandwich and to lunch I ate salad,tomato and cucumber. Today on the other hand I ate waaay too much. 3 sandwiches and 1 and a half potato buns and salad with cucumber. Well tomorrow I am going to do better and only eat one slice bread in the morning ��🌹🌹🌹
