NUEVO RETOOOO

¿Qué tal compañeros?!

Siguiendo con el plan de formación y mejora que me he propuesto, aquí enlazo un nuevo reto sobre resolver con aprendizaje, un nuevo NOOC suuuper interesante. Es una pasada cómo hacemos caso omiso a lo que eruditos de diversas materias anticipan. 

Espero que os resulte interesante. Es una actividad con la que concluyo una unidad de Gestión de compras en el ciclo formativo de grado medio de Actividades comerciales. Es el 1º curso y hay mucha gente que ya ha tirado la toalla, por lo que vienen unos 20 alumnos en clase.

Marchando la evaluación

Estimados compañeros, y yo preocupada por la P2P03 de dónde salía. Obviamente, si vemos todo el proceso cooperativo no podíamos dejar atrás el punto sobre el que gira el proceso, la evaluación. La rúbrica que adjunto se puede considerar a nivel individual o con el resultado del trabajo en grupo, añadiendo si se quiere alguna línea sobre el trabajo de cada alumno en el grupo, aunque yo prefiero ir haciendo anotaciones sobre las observaciones en el aula en cuanto al comportamiento de los alumnos y su trabajo. 

En este caso la rúbrica pertenece a una actividad de Recursos Humanos y en ella se especifica lo que se requiere en la actividad, los criterios evaluables a los que corresponden y el tiempo que se estima que tarden en realizar la actividad. a esta rúbrica se le apodaba el “sudoku” porque es una pasada el cuadre de números, pero suele ser bastante completo y objetivo.

Secuencias cooperativas

Buenas noches compañeros! Por aquí sigo trabajando para ponerme al día y he aquí el resultado de la actividad

A diferencia de muchos de los compañeros que tenéis grupos numerosos y variopintos, en el grupo que desarrollo esta actividad es un grupo reducido con un nivel disparejo por las características del grupo y de los alumnos, pero que no afecta a la materia en cuestión. Todos están familiarizados con el programa pero a la hora de obtener un mayor provecho del mismo tienen limitaciones por la falta de interés o curiosidad. Aquí es donde entre en juego el cooperativo, ellos serán sus propios directores de aprendizaje y serán los que se ayuden en el proceso de investigación del programa y sus comandos.

He aprovechado la actividad para describir las técnicas utilizadas.

eTwinning Live and final project

Dear colleagues, we are getting to the end of the course and I am proud of INTEF for all the courses it create. I didn’t think that there are so amazing ways to enjoy teaching and apps to create enjoyable presentations. I am very satisfied. I take advice of this entry to do unit 5 activities.

I have been completing my profile at eTwinning Live and I have already gotten some foreign contacts to cooperate with my projects. I find lot of adventages such as many people to cooperate, many foros and projects of other teachers and ideas to develop new projects. But on the other hand, people don’t connect it and it takes time to get contacts.

I improved my draft with the assessment of my colleagues and share here, thank you very much!

Activity 4, the activity

Good morning! This weekend I am taking advice of my free time to continue the course and improve my project. On this way I explain the ICT part of the project as you required. I hope you like it, and it will be very interesting to collaborate with other school to get a better result.

USE OF TECHNOLOGY

Students need to do everything with PC or tablet. They can also use movilphone to check the mail and Drive, because they are in groups and if the number of PC is not enough they can use other dispositives.

They will use Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point to do purchasing documents, and they share them between the members of each group on Google Drive, and to the other groups by mail.

COLLABORATION

The activity is based on cooperative work and they use skills from ICT module and, it will be interesting to do with other multi-international groups in English, using the resources of English language module.

FINAL PRODUCTS

They must obtein invoices, delivery document, contracts and claims. At the end of the Project they must have a complet purchasing process finished.

PEDAGOGICAL OBJECTIVES

I would like to develop their laboral skills (comunication, negociation, cooperation, …), skills at English language, ICT and Spanish language, writting correctly and politely. They will simulate the normal activity of a company.

Los roles en mis proyectos

emigarcia Los roles en un proyecto

Hola a todos! En formación profesional se trabaja más bien por proyectos, con lo que en el caso del proyecto cooperativo que expondré como actividad 3 los roles son los siguientes:

-Comercial: se encarga de comunicarse y negociar con los comerciales de otros grupos (empresas)

-Administrativo: se encarga de redactar el listado de precios y hacer la factura, así como comprobar que se negocie bien el plazo de pago.

-Director: marca los márgenes de beneficio de cada producto, supervisa todo el progreso y resuelve conflictos.

-Jefe de almacén: se encarga de dar soporte al comercial y administración para que se pida la cantidad solicitada y se establezcan bien el plazo de entrega.

En este caso todos los grupos son de 4, si hubiera otra figura sería otro administrativo y se repartirían las tareas.

Esto se hace recordando siempre las normas establecidas desde principio de curso y remarcando las principales:

1. respetamos los roles establecidos

2. ayudamos al compañero cuando se sienta dudoso o no sepa actuar en alguna situación

3. no insultamos o tratamos de forma despectiva

4. respetamos las decisiones del grupo

Y una vez comunicados los roles y aguantado las malas caras de algunos ... se expone el proyecto.

Inventario cooperativo

Siguiendo con las actividades semanales de Aprendizaje cooperativo #CooperaMooc, para establecer e interiorizar la normativa de clase resulta bastante eficiente hacer dinámicas al comienzo de curso en el que el alumnado junto con el tutor elaboren una lista de normas. Éstas se irán recordando y ampliando, según las necesidades, a lo largo del curso en tutorías y cuando se den circunstancias que así lo requieran. Además, es importante desarrollar la técnica preventiva para evitar conflictos y malos entendidos, y que todos los alumnos conozcan las consecuencias de sus actos.

The improvement as way to be better

This year is the first time I teach Vocational Training in a school and it is being an amazing expierence, very hard, lots of sorprises, new emotions....but I have possibilities to improve myself at collaborative and cooperative projects, learning from my colleagues and doing courses in this way. 

One of the groups, cause they are adults, presented the needed to change the strategies to give lessons in contrast to Secondary Education. It means they don’t have the habitude working in heterogeneous groups made by teachers, using differents technologies (there are students don’t have PC at home or they don’t know about drive, for example). It suposse change the rithm of the project, addapt the objetives and activities or redistribute the groups at mid time when there are students who present absentism.

The first project I try with them was to design a storage. I gave them the information about dimensions and products they will stock inside. Then, they had to design the storage, choose the components to stock (there are many different structures depend on the product and the valuation system or rotation) and machines to transport it.

At first, they were unsatisfaid with the combination of groups, I had to dialogue and explain that at company they cannot choose their colleagues or bosses. After that, they start working, doing everything at school, and they spoke about negative aspect of their colleagues, but step by step they started exchanging design software, they divided activities depending their advantages, fitness, for example.

Finally, they present very good works, with a nice actittude and with the satisfaction to have been working with other people, in other circunstances and exchanging information. It wasn’t competitive work, they transformed their opinions and worked together.

It was the beginning of a good way to work and evaluate their development, very close to companies work.

Collaborative and cooperative education

In the way to improve my knowledge as teacher, I use this blog to write about cooperative learning, in this case in Spanish and English.

For the first activity of  #CooperaMooc I have to design my classroom and the students into groups to do their classwork.

I will organice the students in groups of 4-5 students, because there are many games of 2 or 4 children, then it is easier to avoid  enough movements. These groups will be heterogeneous to get advantage of the diversity (differents levels, difficulties, countries, ...). It can make them open-minded and help eachother. They will be organiced in order be zig-zag position with the child with different level or learning difficulties (I share the plane).

Secondly, the groups will have spike form, in order to see always the whiteboard. Groups with most difficulties will be close to the teacher.

In case this groups don’t fit in well, students will be changed and rotate to other group, always avoiding to have good friends or enemies together.

This way to work in class gets eassier to do collaborative projects.

Para seguir aprendiendo como profesora, uso este blog para escribir sobre el aprendizaje cooperativo, en este caso en español e inglés.

Para la primera actividad de @CooperaMooc tengo que diseñar mi clase y los estudiantes en grupos para trabajar en clase.

Organizaré los estudiantes en grupos de 4-5 estudiantes, porque hay muchos “juegos” de 2 o 4 alumnos, así que es más fácil para evitar demasiados movimientos. Estos grupos serán heterogéneos para aprovechar la diversidad (diferentes niveles, dificultades, nacionalidades...). Puede abrirles la mente y ayudarse entre ellos. Se organizarán en zig-zag con alumnos de diferente nivle o dificultades (lo adjunto en el plano).

Seguidamente, los grupos tendrán forma de espiga para ver siempre la pizarra. Los grupos con más dificultades estarán próximos al profesor.

En caso de que los grupos no funcionen bien, se cambiará a los alumnos y rotarán a otros grupos, siempre evitando que estén juntos amiguísimos o enemigos.

Esta forma de trabajar hace más fácil trabajar proyectos de forma colaborativa.

A new experience goes on...

A month ago I started the course of Erasmus+ and only a week ago Mooc eTwinning, a new way in my formation that involves new mates all over the world and nwe projects. But the most important thing is that it is about teaching projects, how I can be a better teacher!!! It is great! In a week I “decided” to have twitter, a blog and a dinamic presentation about me. What else!? I have been thinking long time to write about new professional strategies and experiencies, and..... I think this is the moment, this is my moment. Thank’s  #twinmooc.
