I still can't believe that tns went above and beyond to give us so much good queer representation in the later seasons and still made micheldon endgame over michemily, like they don't even have the excuse of not wanting or being able to have queer characters or relationships on the show, they've already proven that they can and will put queer characters into the show. Idk i just don't get it

In the early seasons of TNS they really made a point of how Michelle was Miss National Soloist and how she had been to regionals and nationals before but like, she was from Wisconsin? She competed in the national competition of a DIFFERENT COUNTRY, why were they acting like she had been to the same competitions they were doing in Canada?

Also insane how Michelle's dad and Hunter's mum both got transferred from the same part of Wisconsin to the same part of Canada. What jobs do these people have that require them to move their entire families to a different country, not even for regular international travel as a part of the job, but as a once off transfer???

Obviously I know this show wasn't written to make logical sense, but I always end up thinking about these things.

i think my favorite thing about this show is that whenever characters have beef, instead of getting into a fight (boring) they have a dance battle. this is a regular occurrence

If Chris is the choreographer why doesn’t he choreograph anything? Like at the beginning of S1 everyone is complaining about ‘Emily’s choreography’ and how it’s bad and after that it just seems like the dancers make the choreo. Like - what does chis do? What is his reason? He helps Kate out in the studio but his title is choreographer????
