Okay so I blacked out and 3 whole drawings were sitting in my files.

ANYWAY, AU LORE TIME YIPPEEE

So, in this AU, everything happens as normal for Spamton and the Addisons. Spamton is a little Addison struggling in business, he rises to the top and disowns his family (my main four Addisons), and then the Caller disappears, leaving Spamton to spiral to the bottom and eventually disappear too.

However, when the Blue Addison, Sample, goes to the Mansion and hears the garbage noise, something... different happens.

Of course, to Sample, it's just a garbled mess. He can't possibly understand it.

But after Spamton disappears, he's the only one to fervently and openly look for Spamton, while Pink flat out refuses to acknowledge him publicly, Orange doesn't do anything for fear of upsetting the others (but secretly hoping he returns), and Yellow works to help Sample, but not as desperately.

Blue / Sample works around the clock to try and find him. Even staying up late to search around the city everywhere. But, he turns up nothing...

...until he stumbles through a random door in an alleyway.

There is a man there. He seems curious to see Sample. He offers to help Sample and give him the answers and the truth as to what he desires. And Sample (hesitantly) accepts the offer. Anything to help him find his brother.

He blacks out, and then wakes up at his apartment at his desk, and just assumes that he had the strangest dream, fueled by his desperation and lack of sleep lately.

That doesn't explain why there was a strange, murky, see-through crystal on his desk when he woke up, though. Nor why he can hear unclear, quiet whispers from it.

Anywho... basically the AU is that Sample makes a deal with Gaster and gains a Shadow Crystal. For better or for worse? Who knows! But I sure had fun drawing these three bad boys. Obviously the first one with the tree is my favourite! Hope you guys enjoy!

A Nøkk drawing! Was supposed to be finished by Halloween, but moving got in the way, ^^"

A creature from Scandanavian / Germanic folklore, the Nøkk goes by quite a few variations of its name, and a few different interpretations (such as the nykur being a water horse, or the nixie being like your typical siren).

For this drawing though, I went with a classic Nøkk - a male water spirit known to lure in women and children using enchanting violin music. Unfortunately the full-res 61.2 MB version of this drawing was far too powerful-

Heavily inspired by Bramble: The Mountain King! Go check that game out, it's AMAZING, it's entirely based on folklore creatures like this, and it gave me such inspiration!

Finished making a ref sheet for how I want to draw the Addisons from Deltarune!

I'm a sucker for robotic interpretations of the Addisons! Under the cut are the headcanons! Will probably make a part 2 to this ref sheet in the future, with personal interpretations of Spamton, SNEO, and the Addisons he was friends with ^^

Part 2: Random Headcanons

-Inside their endoskeletons, Addisons have a tank of magic that's the same colour as the Addison themselves - blue, yellow, orange, and pink (and white, in Spamton's case). This magic tank has tubes throughout the endoskeleton that reach to most areas in the upper body, but the most magic tubes are focused on reaching towards whichever hand the Addisons wear their ring on.

-Addisons have a charging port in the back of their necks, plus a literal blue tooth in their teeth.

-Also inside their endoskeletons are their [Heart-Shaped Object]s, which are their motherboards. They can extend out of their endoskeleton and outer casing for repairs (or for attacks, in SNEO's case).

-An Addison's hair is made of stainless steel fibres!

-All Addisons are elemental magic users, and can use their magic in self defense - Blues use water, Yellows use electricity, Oranges use fire, Pinks use ice, and Spamton / Glitched White Addisons use plant magic.

-Water magic rings are called Shell Rings. Electric magic rings are called Thunder Rings. Fire magic rings are called Flame Rings. Ice magic rings, of course, are called Freeze Rings. Plant magic rings are called Rose Rings.

-All Addison rings can corrupt if their host's code is tampered with - it's how Spamton's Rose Ring turned into the Thorn Ring. When corrupted, the rings change appearance and, of course, start causing significant damage to their user - never outright killing them, but weakening them enough to where the ring can use the host's lifeforce for extra energy. I'd like to draw to corrupted versions of all the rings eventually!

-Also a sucker for the headcanon that Addisons can glow, ^^ The magic inside their tanks causes a bioluminescence to their outer casing that makes them glow in the dark - it grows dim and flickers when they're weak, and being brighter and more solid when they're at full health.
