cant recommend this enough but if youre able you should go on walks every day. like fuck weather fuck circumstance uust go outside. got rained on today and it was blissful. even just sit outside get fucked up by crazy ass wind youll never forget how small you are and rememebr everything matters

So, I think I might have "Misophonia" it's when you can't stand specific sounds. And I definitely CANNOT stand the sounds of someone eating/chewing, smacking their lips together, or the sound of people kissing, or breathing heavily or even the sound of a cat bathing itself.

That just make me feel a whole other level of anger/anoyyment/frustration. My sister is the same.

I literally can't even stand eating in the same room as anyone else. I'll eat in my room or I won't eat at all.
