Now this article resonates… it’s the same feeling I get when I see the new job title I’ve noticed recently - “UX Developer” :( It makes me sad.

Different humans (i.e. separate people) in an organisation should be thinking about Experience Design, Visual Design and Development. All separately. It means you can have conversations with other people and not have to argue with yourself. You can get different ideas, a different perspective, you can concentrate on one bit at a time, knowing that someone else is taking care of a separate, but interlocking piece of the puzzle. You can all work together to solve it.

If we are each responsible for each part, then we can deeper investigate our part, allowing the others we work with to take their part even further. Standing on the shoulders of giants and all that…
