There’s something special about a Full Moon falling on a Saturday. A Saturday where my plans are none. Space to indulge and align. Today I walked around each room of the house, expressing my gratitude for what each surrounding provides, while blessing the space with sage and cold fresh air. I held a rose quartz crystal throughout, to make sure I was expressing the highest form of love from my heart chakra.

I meditated on my path and pulled a card that helped to ground and guide my gratitude in the right direction. I journaled my feelings, and the feelings flowed. It's always heartwarming to witness my thoughts flow onto paper without judgment or expectation.

It’s rare to really get to sit and care for ourselves lately, but I hope you take that space for yourself whenever you can. I highly recommend doing it when the moon is full - and yearning to energize your soul. Today can be a good day, despite the world around us.
