Asset Strike was patiently waiting for James in his backyard. His thick fur hid a high tech collar around his neck. Soldat had failed at his part of the plan. So now he is taking matters into his own paws. James will not get away with hurting Autumn.

He lets out a low growl to inform James that he was here. James didn’t show. He makes his growl louder. Asset Strike lets out a huff of annoyance when he didn’t come the second time. “Come out and fight me, you old coward!” He yells.

He's getting tired of assets coming for him and tired of beady eyes watching when he knows they are. James can hear every little movement. He has more to protect now.

So, when he hears the growl late at night, it stirs him from his sleep. He leaves Luna in bed and makes his way down to the basement where he keeps the safe filled with his weapons of choice. He knows something is out there and hopefully the charms will ward off any ill intent.

James is hyper vigilant when he walks out onto the deck above the garden. Luna's garden that his children will play in when they are older. Right now, she's sleeping upstairs and he wonders if Freya has sent another animal to do her bidding.

If so, he'll be ready.

Strike comes out of the bushes to confront James. “You hurt Autumn… no one hurts my owner…” He growls, unsheathing his claws.
