Its hard to get a life like walking effect with the pen tool, it looks clunky and disfigured. The transition off the screen similarly looks clunky and amateur... Instead i might morph the person figure back into a ball to whizz off screen.
I think the beginning is too quick, i should match it to the sound clip for an interesting effect.

Starting to piece together, the motion trace doesn’t capture enough points over such a quick time frame, but if i increase the capture it takes a very long time to load. I either need to re-trace on the computers at university of use a mask instead. the effect did give me the idea of using growing leaf shapes as a transition.

Major Project - Eilidh abstract promotional video
Initial idea: To create a promotional motion graphic video using imagery from my portfolio. The outcome should explore and celebrate my personal ‘fine art’ style, merging digital and traditional media. To transition from image to image a circle motif or ‘painted reveal’ technique may be used.
If successful it will be evocative, aesthetically pleasing and display my new skills in animation. This video could potentially be used in my online portfolio.
I have included a mood board and some colour palate ideas.
