if I could certainly choose a young person in the world to influence the other thousands; I would choose Sarah Shepherd (https://www.instagram.com/itssarahshepherd/) first, she emerged as a “yellow light” in dance groups like Dance Precisions and Mather Dance Company and unfairly didn’t gain the fame and recognition as much as the other girls. Too bad, because I would change a lot today to be her friend. Her heart is incredible and for me she will always be the best dance,  but this is not the point today, I just wanted to introduce her to y’all. Sarah has an incredible communicative quality in encouraging people amid their weaknesses - The only other person that affects me in this way is Bob Morley and his experience of struggling with mental health - She doesn't go as deep on her, but it's the type of profile you want to follow, the type of person you want to be friend. It brightens my day with each new storie, I hope she does the same for you. Sarah if you are reading this YOU ARE THE CHANGE I WANNA SEE IN THE WORLD – and my everyday inspo. Xoxo
