They circle one another without circling, hungry maws baring metaphorical teeth that threaten to tear apart throats. And blood… the pungent scent of it could make a common man sick. Yet to them, it was alluring, a call from the moon bathing Yharnam in its orange luminescence. It takes a great length of silence between them, pondering whether or not he should answer or remain SILENT, but he gives. Foolishly so. The other looked familiar too, knowing all too well of the armor he once wore himself… sans the feathered garb.

          LET   IT   BE   KNOWN   that Vilebloods always have been, and likely always will be, seen as vampires due to their blood affiliation. Those sworn to the Vilebloods have drank of Queen Annalise’s blood as part of initiation, and she is one of few individuals who are gifted   ( or cursed )   with immortality and the ability to be reborn.

          With that said, I headcanon that Queen Annalise is a vampire and she used the traditional method of blood consumption to create progeny as her followers. It also makes symbolic sense that the Executioners, specifically ones associated with the Church, have been the only ones able to kill a Vileblood successfully.

          Kristoff being a former Vileblood and using the war between Vilebloods and Executioners to flee Cainhurst and his duties to Queen Annalise, he is also a vampire in a way. However, he does not consume blood to quench his thirst, rather, he hunts in hopes that it will help him. He is unaware that he is forever hungry because he doesn’t know he must consume it.

          In addition to his vampirism, Kristoff is starting to feel the effects of the illness he caught before being granted immortality. This makes him man, vampire, and beast all in one. He is struggling, and needs a lot of help.

         Hey there, lovelies !   This whole thing is still a huge WIP, and I’m not sure if the Soulsborne community is still alive and out there, but I’m hoping it is with Sekiro joining the fight. Either way, here’s to hoping we can interact!

         I still have to do tags, but that shouldn’t be too long.
