OH FUCK I FORGET THAT WHEN I DO SHIT LIKE THIS I GET PERCEIVED i actually restrain myself from liking more bc i follow really few people bc it’s a lot of effort trying to find more people to follow so i scroll through my dashboard and it’s like. just you and nicola writes LMAO so i’m like wow i shouldnt like every single one because that’s weird but apparently i have been Perceived™ despite these efforts lmao anyway you’re lovely and i like reading about your wips so don’t worry about it

agnes montague. agnes montague is the third fate. she doesn’t quite have the vindictiveness of the others but she adds the solemn acknowledgement of tragedy aspect that balances them out (helen has the vindictiveness, annabelle is pulling the strings, and agnes closes out the tragedy Yes)

jon is orpheus and martin is eurydice, duh (considered putting jon as eurydice to match up with the whole making hard choices theme, but i feel like this fits way better overall), elias is hades, peter lukas is persephone no but actually okay it doesn’t particularly fit with his character but you can justify it with persephone trying to give orpheus and eurydice a chance = lukas trying to steal martin away from elias, therefore circumnavigating the end of the world (look i know it’s weak but elias as hades was perfect and peter lukas as his wife was funny), gertrude is hermes (yeahhh i know she’s fuckin dead but it still works, mentor figure kind of, hermes and gertrude definitely don’t have similar personalities at all but that’s not necessarily required), i’m still trying to figure out the fates i don’t think that people like tim sasha basira melanie or daisy work, the fates are a little too malicious although ACTUALLY maybe basira melanie and tim they’d be mean enough to jon, i was thinking maybe avatars could work too, like helen definitely fits as one of the fates it’s just that i don’t know who to put her with (jude perry maybe? OO maybe simon fairchild too) (that’s still not 100% though the only one i really like as a fate is helen, uhhh workers are victims of the fears (like how jon had to look past all the suffering in the apocalypse, he has to look past their suffering in the underworld), okay that’s all the characters in hadestown right sorry all the other characters in tma i didn’t mention

hello introduction post i guess?? i have no idea what i’m doing

anyway hello hello i’m e i use all pronouns order of they/her/he preferred + any other pronouns im comfortable with whatever if i find ones i’m not comfortable with i’ll say lol, feminine or androgynous terms are good

i am going to attempt to post writing here except i literally never finish anything so. who knows how that’ll turn out but i’m hoping some place to put it will motivate me (also i crave validation)

some of that might end up being vent stuff but i literally never say what i mean so it’ll all be very vague lol and tagged (i think i know how tags work)

probably won’t?? interact much?? im not huge on being in online communities just because it’s tanked my mental health in the past, wont just ignore people but also probably won’t make much of an effort to reach out either lol. also i just forget everything all the time (including potentially this blog so don’t be surprised if i disappear in a week)

that also goes for fandom spaces and stuff, might post some stuff about things i like (tma, 17776, etc) but definitely going to try to keep out of the actual communities because that just won’t end up well for me

maybe getting on tumblr was a mistake if i wanted to avoid fandom lmao but

no sexual comments about me please, no hardcore/serious flirting either but most other stuff should be fine

i do swear normally/in my writing and probably will only tag it in writing just as a warning

okay hopefully that’s a good introduction (watch me never use this blog again)
