Dr. Heather Furnas recently discussed with ABC News the continuous demand for plastic surgery procedures during the pandemic.

“It’s like there was this pent-up demand for surgery – breast augmentation, breast lifts, tummy tucks . . . demand is huge," she said. "We filled up immediately.”

55% of plastic surgeons reported that Botox was the most sought-after procedure during the stay-at-home orders and 44% of plastic surgeons reported it was breast augmentation. 

Now that many practices and med spas are re-opening, appointment slots are filling up fast with pent-up demand.
