Boxing Match

A quick animation completed in about 2.5 Days.

I was looking through some of my old animations looking for inspiration for my next short. when i came across the animation of the afro boxer training. I knew instantly what i could do with the character and created this animation.

Enimation x Dew

This animation was a lot of work, in terms of modelling characters and set design but the customer is happy so its a job well done. Theres were quite a few changes to the original script. There was some problems with pacing so the soundtrack was not in sync with the animation, but with continuos communication with the client we found a solution to the problem.

I am please with the finished product, but the only thin I would change is the lighting. The current listing is making the scene look toon shaded with wasn't my plan.

Finished Earth Animation

The Animation is complete and Leeko Wu is impressed with the outcome. The only finishing touch is the texturing. Leeko Wu has stated he will send me high res textures he wants me to use. Till then i will continue with his other projects he has asked me to help with.

Enimation xDEW

A medical student in Hungary contacted me to create a series of education animated shorts. Awe idea was to create the shorts to help her classmates with revision/ exam prep.

The first animation is to show the effects of excessive drinking. I was handed a storyboard and the rest was up to me. After reading the script and understanding the story i began to create the characters, because I only have 2 weeks ti complete with i opted for a cartoony look to save time on the modelling and rigging.

Creating the Mouth and Rigging 

For the skeleton all i needed was a joint for the mouth, eyes and eyelids. Because of the limited joints it did make painting weight a tad easier, but the main problem I had was removing the weights form the smaller objects like there tress and teeth. It took me a while to complete those areas.

Only spending a couple of hours making this I think its turned out very well as always the lighting in cinema4d has help a lot. It i had more time i would have added a body and some more animation.

As Easter is coming up i have decided to make a quick 1 day project like i did on valentines day.

Ive created the easter bunny and I will make lots of coloured eggs fall from the sky.
