Civil defense first responder Nooh Al-Shaghnobi reports the shooting by the IOF of a civilian who was searching for food. An IOF sniper shot him several times in the abdomen and foot. Civilians often gather at Kuwait Roundabout in Gaza City in hopes of receiving food aid. However, they are often attacked by the IOF, including one instance in which 20 people were killed. Today they continue their policy of war crimes and cruelty.

take all possible measures to prevent the commision of genocidal acts against Palestinians

ensure that it's military does not commit any genocidal acts

prevent and punish Israelis for incitement to commit genocide against Palestinians

ensure the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian aid to Palestinians in Gaza

ensure the preservation of evidence related to South Africa's case against it

will most likely take place on

Monday February 26th 2024

as that is one month since the order was handed down on January 26th 2024.

So far, it is clear that the zionist settler colony is blatantly and arrogantly ignoring the order and instruction in continuing the genocide, preventing aid into Gaza and even holding conferences about settling in Gaza, which will not only result in even more innocent deaths, but put them and all the western imperialist nations backing them still in greater discontent with the public and court.
