Name: Belle.
Age: 22.
Occupation: Librarian.
Species: Human.
Registry Status: Belle is not registered because she's entirely human with no advanced abilities.
Skeleton Bio:
Belle grew up in the quiet outskirts of Villeneuve, a quaint town that did its best to pretend the Purge didnât existâuntil it couldnât anymore. Her mother, a beloved schoolteacher known for sheltering children during the annual chaos, was murdered during a Purge night when Belle was just seven. The loss shattered their family. Maurice, once a jovial inventor, grew withdrawn and paranoid, pouring his grief into machines meant to protect their home. Belle, left to raise herself in many ways, found solace in booksâfantastical worlds where justice prevailed and violence was a distant threat. But year after year, the brutal reality of her world grew harder to ignore.
Now in her early twenties, Belle is both admired and pitied for her intelligence and stubborn hope. She dreams of escaping Villeneuve entirely, seeking a place untouched by the bloodshedâif such a place exists. Yet, guilt ties her to her father, whose mind is slowly fracturing under the weight of past Purge nights. Belle works at the townâs crumbling library, maintaining it as a refuge for those like her: dreamers trapped in a nightmare. Though she claims to have no stomach for violence, she keeps a concealed weapon tucked in her satchel during Purge night, just in case the monsters from her stories ever find her doorstep again.

Character Facts:
Name: Jasmine.
Age: 22.
Occupation: Rebel/Spy.
Species: Human.
Registry Status: Jasmine is not registered because she's entirely human with no advanced abilities.
Skeleton Bio:
Born into the golden cage of a small palace, Jasmine grew up beneath silken canopies and guarded gates, sheltered from the darkness her father, a city councilman, worked so hard to keep at bayâespecially on Purge Night. Her mother, Amal, was one of the few political figures who openly opposed the annual violence, using her influence to protect the poor and innocent. That defiance cost her everything. On a Purge Night when Jasmine was only nine, Amal was assassinated in a targeted raid, and the crime was never punished. Her father, shattered and paranoid, tightened palace security and imposed brutal new laws, prioritizing control over compassion. Jasmine, once carefree, learned early that justice was a mythâespecially for women.
Now grown, Jasmine wears her title with a quiet fury. She uses her position to subtly shift power behind closed doors, building alliances with rebels, survivors, and anyone else burned by the Purgeâs false promise of âcleansing.â She moves between courtly grace and street-level strategy with calculated ease, determined to dismantle the system from within. Her public image is one of serene royalty, but behind the veil, Jasmine wants revengeânot just for her mother, but for every life the Purge has stolen. And when the night of blood comes, she doesnât hide. She hunts.

Character Facts:
Name: Ariel Triton.
Age: 19.
Occupation: Princess.
Species: Mermaid.
Registry Status: Ariel is not registered because she is an Atlantica national.
Skeleton Bio:
Ariel was born the youngest daughter of King Triton, ruler of Atlantica, a sovereign underwater territory that remains neutral during the annual Purgeâat least on the surface. Her mother, Queen Athena, was killed during a coastal raid on Purge Night when Ariel was just a child. Though the crime was technically "legal," the trauma shaped Arielâs early years, filling her with questions about justice and the cost of freedom. After Athenaâs death, Triton became increasingly overprotective, assigning the cold and calculating Marina Del Rey as Arielâs governess. Marina saw the Purge as a necessary evil and sought to harden Ariel into a compliant royal, suppressing her curiosity and rebellious spirit.
Despite the grim reality of her world, Ariel is a dreamer. She spends her free time scavenging relics from the human worldâitems lost or discarded during Purge Nights that now litter the ocean floor. Sheâs fascinated by what these objects say about humanity, both its brilliance and brutality. Though her father forbids contact with the surface, Ariel often sneaks away to watch the chaos unfold from afar, torn between fear and fascination. Deep down, she believes there's a better way to live, and she's determined to find itâeven if it means breaking the rules of both sea and land.

Species: Human.
Registry Status: Spinelli is not registered because she's entirely human with no advanced abilities.
Skeleton Bio:
Ashley Funicello Spinelli grew up in the chaotic energy of Third Street School, known for her fierce loyalty and unmatched toughness. Raised by loving but distant CIA field agents, Spinelli learned early how to stand her groundâeven when society around her started preparing children for the Purge from an early age. As a kid, she served as the muscle of her friend group, fiercely protective of T.J., Gretchen, Vince, Mikey, and Gus. Though the annual Purge loomed over their childhood like a shadow, the gang clung to each other for normalcy, spending their days plotting schoolyard rebellions and dreaming of a world less violent. Spinelli, however, always had a sharper edgeâshe understood better than most what survival meant in their world.
Now Spinelli operates as an underground Purge tactician, helping people navigateâor resistâthe brutal night. She's rejected the elitist Ashleys' path, instead choosing to live among the working class and train at-risk youth in self-defense and strategy. Though the old crew has scattered over time, she keeps in touch with T.J. and Vince, who both support a growing anti-Purge resistance. During the rest of the year, Spinelli lives quietly in a fortified part of the city, using her skills to protect innocents and expose those who exploit the Purge for power. Name: Billy Kaplan.
Age: 18.
Occupation: Vigilante.
Species: Advanced Human.
Registry Status: Billy isn't registered.
Skeleton Bio:
Billy Kaplan was born into a quiet suburb where the illusion of safety was only maintained by the annual horrors of Purge Night. His childhood was marked by fear and fascinationâwhile his parents reinforced strict lockdown traditions, Billy secretly watched the chaos unfold from their attic window, drawn to the power and madness outside. After a car accident he discovered he could manipulate energy and alter reality in small, unexplainable ways. These abilities made him a target when neighbors began to suspect something unnatural. After a particularly violent Purge left his home in ruins and his parents missing, Billy went underground, surviving on instinct, power, and a growing sense of purpose.
Now Billy lives under an alias and works as a healer-for-hire in the black market, patching up those who survive the nightâs violenceâcriminals, rebels, and innocents alike. By choice, he doesnât participate in the Purge, but when he senses someone in danger, he doesnât hesitate to intervene, warping reality to bend time or space just enough to save a lifeâor erase a threat. Though many see him as a ghost, a rumor, or even a guardian angel, Billy struggles with the toll of his actions. Each year, the line between protector and participant blurs a little more.

Species: Human.
Registry Status: Tarzan is not registered because heâs entirely human with no advanced abilities.
Skeleton Bio:
Tarzan is the son of Lord Greystoke and Lady Alice, a couple that loved adventure, but on their way from England they ended up shipwrecked at the edge of the African jungle with their little boy. Tragedy struck as the parents were killed, and some locals had found the young male and they had taken him in. Kerchak and Kala, his new father and mother had lived within the jungles of Africa all their lives, and couldn't turn away an orphaned child.
While in Africa, Tarzan had learned a great deal about the culture, he'd made friends with a young girl by the name of Terk, and life for him was perfect. It was the arrival of later explorers that had caused Tarzan to leave what he had known to be his home in Africa, and come to the states where it took him many years to learn the different cultures, but he didn't give up, despite his still longing to return home. Once settled into everything he had worked to become a great explorer, learning from some of the great minds of this new world.
Tarzan is a slow learner with certain things, but if heâs passionate enough about something he will hold on and not let go. He believes that all life is worth a great deal, and has been taught to respect all forms of it. This allows him to be open minded to the different types of people within DC, and of course makes him easy to talk to, even if he might not understand everything you have to say.

Age: 25.
Occupation: Student.
Species: Meta Human.
Registry Status: Rogue is registered.
Skeleton Bio:
Anna's life growing up was pretty typical. She was a young woman with loving parents, fighting to survive in this messed up world. It was shortly after she had kissed a boy she liked that she learned of her unique abilities via putting the boy she'd kissed into a coma and nearly killing him. It was from that point on that she always wore some sort of gloves, and never allowed another to touch her.... Ever!
Due to this newly acquired ability, not only did she not let anyone touch her, but Anna didnât want to even be around people, she didnât want to risk harming them, or getting close to them, even after her parents had registered her, and she was fitting for her own little anklet she tended to keep her distance from those she cared most for.
Eventually she dropped her family name, and took on the nickname Rogue, where she fights a battle within herself on the daily of good vs evil. Once a year hiding away within her home to keep from allowing her anger at the world from turning her into someone, or rather something she wouldnât recognize. Character Facts:
Name: Ororo Munroe, aka Storm.
Age: 30.
Occupation: Weather Girl.
Species: Meta Human.
Registry Status: Storm is registered.
Skeleton Bio:
Ororo had learned about her abilities at a young age, and each and every purge she would use her abilities to protect those who she was closest to, urging others like herself to do the same, whenever and wherever they could. After all she felt that the fear of metahumans was more due to the lack of understanding of them, so hiding would only aid in strengthening the fear, and could eventually lead to their annihilation.
Ororoâs love of weather, and it of course being the ability she was granted, she found her home as a weather girl. Sure it may not be that big or flashy of a job, but she takes great pride in it, nonetheless. With her knowledge of weather patterns, she is able to predict the weather almost with one hundred percent accuracy, as a result despite her often ignoring the weather studies, she has yet to get let go.
Storm can be gentle as a fresh spring breeze, or fierce as a hurricane depending on how she is treated, and she has herself quite the memory, so donât think you can cross her and it not be something thatâs possibly paid back come the purge. Not that she goes out looking to kill people, as she does believe herself to be one of the good guys, but even good guys shed blood now and then.

Character Facts:
Name: Lana Winters.
Age: 32.
Occupation: Journalist.
Species: Human.
Registry Status: Lana is not registered because sheâs entirely human with no advanced abilities.
Skeleton Bio:
Lana is a hardcore journalist, she believes in getting the whole story, not just bits and pieces of it, this is one reason that she had found her way to Briarcliff Manor. She had heard the stories, the rumors of all the unorthodox things that took place within the walls of this old fashioned asylum and she intended to bring them all to light by any means necessary. It was of course this very thing that got her locked up in the asylum, wrongfully admitted by none other than Sister Jude, the woman who ran the establishment.
When she was first admitted into the asylum she was heavily drugged, which prevented her from doing much of anything despite her fatal attempts. As time wore on, she slowly began to lose her fight for freedom, believing that Sister Jude and the others would never let her escape. Little did she know this was the least of her problems however as she had caught the eye of one Oliver Thredson, and her troubles were just beginning.
Lana is curious, naturally. She seeks truth, and wants to do what is best for all mankind. She doesnât believe in The Purge. Itâs nothing more than needless violence and killing in her mindâs eye and while the government tends to feel that it stops such acts the rest of the year, she feels it has the opposing effect and merely feeds it.

Name: Dr. Oliver Thredson.
Age: 35.
Occupation: Therapist at Briarcliff Manor Asylum.
Species: Human.
Registry Status: Oliver is not registered because heâs entirely human with no advanced abilities.
Skeleton Bio:
Oliver was orphaned at a young age, as a result this warped something within his mind. He became a therapist to allow him to get close to people, so that he can better find his victims, though this fact is hardly known to his victims until it is far too late. His trophy from each kill also aids in hiding his identity, the skin he peels from his victims is then worn by himself so that no one really knows who he is.
As a therapist, Oliver is well respected, and sought after. This is one reason he ended up at Briarcliff manor to take the job as the therapist. Though Sister Jude is not a fan of him, even long after his first arrival, he does not allow this to stall his work. Helping those who might just be more than a little lost and in need of his services, as continuing this practice does allow him to continue his search for that perfect, mother figure.
Oliver lives outside the city limits, this allows his âworkroomâ where he takes his victims to be unidentified as such, as the screaming of women and the smell of decaying corpses could obviously raise suspicions. No, Oliver does not reserve himself to killing only upon The Purge, it all depends on if his âmotherâ proves to be right or not. Though he does save any and all killing of men who cross his path, or women who were never suitable possibilities for his warped desires, to meet their end, by the sameâŠ. Bloody Face.

Merida was born in Scotland, to Queen Elinor and King Fergus. She is also the older sister of triplets Harris, Hubert and Hamish. They had purchased some land just at the edge of DC, and they had started ranching.

While she doesnât see eye to eye with her mother, anymore than she used to back home, she is far more cautious about the way she says things, considering the events of the last time, when she accidentally turned her mother into a bear with witches magic, though magic being locked out for all but one night a year, does help.
