hello cuties! phew, this has been quite a project. After more than a year without making cc you start forgetting things! lol. Good news is that I also learned a lot of other new things. Also I've been so indecisive about EVERYTHING with this one. And still doesn't seem good enough for me but maybe I'm being too critical. Anyhow I hope YOU like it and your beautiful fairies too. I'm not much of an occult player kinda girl but man I just LOVE fairies so I've been enjoying the new EP so far <3. Of course this is BG, you don't need to have enchated by nature for it to work :). Ok now let's cut to the chase.

VERTUO - a sims 4 custom content collection.

introducing probably my favourite set i've created to date - the vertuo collection. i personally love coffee irl, i don't believe i go a day without it. this idea came about when i unfortunately broke my own nespresso machine ( lol ) and i went a lil crazy for about two weeks before my amazing sister gave me her one.

this set wouldn't be possible without the amazing & talented @littlbowbub, who allowed me to use their home barista machine for the functionality. i personally only ever use that machine as i find the in-game coffees to be boring without overrides.

i personally feel as though this is my most "maxis match" set i've created. from the beginning, i've always tried to create items that seamlessly go with the game style & other cc creators style - wether it be with the overall design or the simlish. i've learned alot in the two years i've been creating cc and i feel super proud of my progress - i hope you all do too ♡

Mod Updates - 07/28

One small fix, an updated mod to add new recipes and a brand new mod. Even if I'm not really playing, I couldn't resist fulfilling a request and fixing something that bothered me.

About my current situation: I finally started my training program to work for social and solidarity economy, but for the next year, I will live with very limited resources (but that’s for the good cause!). If you like my mods or my save and can afford it, don’t hesitate to make a donation here, it could go a long way 🤗

🚷 No Townie Generation and Relaxed Filters

There was an issue with the filter regarding Plant Sims appearing in Innisgreen, it was more complex than I thought, but hopefully, I managed to fix that. The game will try to primarily use unplayed sims with the Plant Lover trait (if there are none, it can also favor Sims who like gardening).

On that note, as the game doesn't create NPCs anymore, I added new Sims to my gallery to fill-in those roles. You can find them under my EA ID Down-In-Simsland. Note that some of those NPCs are already in every save-file but hidden, you will need to use the MC Command Center to unhide them and delete them.

🧶 More Knits

‪Gooochy on Bluesky requested me to add the Pride flags to the list of items that can be knitted. I could not refuse this request 🌈.

But in order to make it, I had to find a solution to an issue I had where I couldn't add items that couldn't fit into a Sim inventory. As I managed to do that, I added some other cute recipes. You can see all the new items pictured below:

🌿 Plant Sims use the Enchanted by Nature Hairstyle

A new mod this time! Instead of the base game green fauxhawk, Plant Sims (both the ones appearing in Innisgreen and Sims eating the Forbidden Fruit) will use the Enchanted by Nature leafy hairstyle. Sims with a low water need will see their hair turn grayish.
