It’s not that. All places have scumbags. You can’t judge a place by it’s worst people. The people here are nice. It’s the – I’d heard around that a lot of the wrong people get away with stuff here. That the problem was in the leadership. It seems not far off. 

Leadership issues aren’t really a secret. There’s a general circle of people who talk about it liberally but its mostly treated like a hush-hush thing. I don’t have any personal issues with Mayor Black or Chief Brody, but its hard to ignore when someone screws up.

Comparatively to having to pick her up, drunk out of her mind, barely able to walk in a straight line, from your Hotel on a regular basis, Enzo Manalo. It may be too soon to tell, but she may be on the path to okay. No thanks to what she used the Royale for.

Oh. Yeah, I guess I saw her drunk a few times, I just didn’t know that was a serious problem for her... I frankly don’t know what she was using the Royale for but its also not my hotel, its Brigid’s, so I don’t make myself responsible for what the patrons do or don’t do as long as they’re not disturbing the peace, but she’s been hanging around Victoria a lot recently so that might be doing her good. Victoria’s a good kid. Has her head on straight. Doesn’t drink, doesn’t do any drugs.
