Scenic Cycle 4 Grand Finale
As soon as the news came out that 7.0 was going to have a graphics update, I knew that Scenic Cycle was going to be the first cycle I wanted to run, and the excitement and enthusiasm from our photographers this cycle shows it was the right decision. First, I want to thank our new judges Rosemary, Juzelle, and guest judge Chaton for their hard work this cycle. I hope you had fun and learned a…

Scenic Cycle 4 Round 6
For the final round I asked our photographers to take a shot inspired by Monet. We had shots ranging from his earlier works, to his Impressionist period, to his nearly blind angry years late in his life that were heavy with dark reds and blacks. The judges all fell in love with the “most Monet” of the shots with the punny title, Bridge Under Peaceful Waters. Congratulations! Bridge Under…

Scenic Cycle 4 Round 5 Winner
Coming in a little late today, not because of the judges, but because I’m sick with a fairly nasty cold and I’m been napping and playing Merge Dragons trying to make the headache go away. (COVID test is negative… it’s just that time of year. We’ve got a frost warning for tonight, wooo!) This week I sent the photographs to go find some COOL RUINS of a fallen civilization, and while our ruins…

Scenic Cycle 4 Round 4 Winner
Apologies for the delay! We’re short a judge this week, and another judge had a personal IRL crisis that delayed their votes, but they made it in late last night. We’ve always maintained that real life > video game here at ENTM, so please give them some grace. Our guest judge this week was Malkovich. (Any criticisms may be lobbed directly at me, for dropping the ball and not making sure I had my…

Scenic Cycle 4 Week 4 Winner
For this second week, I sent our photographers back into ARR dungeons to try to find an area that recieved a glow up as part of the 7.0 graphics update. We had a lot of amazing views of some of the earliest dungeons. Voting was very close, but the winner this week goes to the sun shaft in the Thousand Maws of Totorak. Congratulations to Light in the Dark for winning Round 2! Light in the Dark

Scenic Cycle 4 Round 1 Winner
There’s always a risk of a tie in an ENTM cycle, and we start out with one from our judges right off the bat. The first round winners are “Unseelie Storm” and “We Have Scree At Home!” Two very different moods from these different screenshots; literally night and day. “We Have Scree at Home” was also chosen by the community as their favorite for the week. Congratulations! The winning…

Meet the judges of Scenic Cycle 4!
We have three permanent judges and three rotating judges this cycle, with a mix of new faces and ENTM veterans! The permanent judges will be judging and scoring each week, while the rotating judges will be popping in and out, for a maximum of two weeks during each of the six week cycle. Your Three Permanent Judges Resident Judge Odharnait “Ona” Greene: “Ever walked down a street and had the sun…

.....it's actually Scenic Cycle 4! And I need judges!
Thanks to Kai Ulric for catching my oopsie Hello again everyone! It never fails that as soon as I think I’ve got the capacity to run a cycle, all hell breaks loose and I’m working until 7PM at night. Now that it’s Friday and I’ve got a chance to catch my breath, here’s some updates! I have dyscalculia and somehow completely forgot that we were on Scenic Cycle 4 already. WHOOPS! Kai fixed…
