Eric studied Yoga in India and became a certified teacher in 2010. He has taught classes and workshops in Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, Poland, Turkey, Mexico, USA, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and Paraguay. His style is deeply rooted in the calm and powerful Hatha Yoga of the Himalayas, his classes incorporate somatic release and deep meditations. Eric teaches in English, Spanish and German and is also working as Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. Before embarking on his Yoga journey, he volunteereed with orphans in Nepal, walked 800 km through Spain and cycled 2000 km through Vietnam.
