I haven’t been here in a minute and it honestly made my day to see all the notifications from people who “Liked” or just read Light the Way (my Apritello Day fanfic from 2017?!).

Seriously. I was having a hard day but knowing that something I wrote nearly 8 years ago maybe brightened someone else’s day helped a lot.

Maybe I’ll write another fic one day, for anyone who still likes to swoon over those two brilliant dummies.

(Also, I used the word “day” nearly a dozen times in this post. Now I am happy, exhausted, AND a little embarrassed.)

It depends, I can try but these days Im more into drawing. Which you can find on my main blog :) I think I might get back into taking drawing requests.

So what do you think happened to Dr cluckingsworth m.d.?

She's still at the farmhouse. I don't think the sewers would've been the best place for her, so it makes sense that Donnie and the others left her there when they returned to NY after the farmhouse arc. Remember, she's a genius so she can take care of herself and the other chickens at the farm.

We also see her cameo in the season 4 finale during Splinter's funeral. So she's fine.

Cute detail that she was sitting on top of Pigeon Pete's head (who btw where the f was he?! Mutanimals said he's no longer a member so please tell me what happened?!?!)

apriltello had so much potential and i'll forever be salty about it. i really would like to rewrite the show and make them more likable as a pairing. i don't like the whole love triangle thing and the annoying pining donatello does. if i could rewrite it, i'd make it so that donnie's crush is a lot more silent yet he still goes to lengths to try and impress her while casey is just better at it and a lot more charismatic because- he's just a lot well socialized compared to donnie. but in a friendly way, like how really close friends joke-flirt and whatnot.

Is this blog still active? Anyway, some recent stuff's come out that April actually wasn't black in the Mirage comics except for a non-canon guest story (a guy that knows the comics inside and out did his research on the issue). That and the curly hair she had was the popular perm of the 80's. Unfortunately, that just makes the change in the new show look like a bunch of forced diversity...

Unfortonately I havent been able to keep this blog afloat. But Im gonna do my best to keep up with this. Im so sorry for the late reply.

I saw April wasnt black, I did some research myself, so I believe ya. I wasnt to keen on April’s look, Im still trying to wrap my head around it but Ill get over it.

We will just have to see I guess. By the way you can find me @tmntfandom2018 and @mikibaby94 those blogs are where Im most active. My Miki one is where Im at mostly since tmnt 2018 hasnt came out yet. :)
