All of the boys have caught Erin drunk/drinking at least once. Especially right after she moved in with them. The girl would be feeling sad, and would end up finding alcohol that was lying around wherever they were staying.
The first time she got caught it was by her dad, and Sam. While Dean was initially amused Sam quickly reminded him of the proper reaction to catching your daughter drinking.
Another time the girl had been coming back from a party that she heard about while researching the hunt. She thought she had got home without being seen until she ended up running into Sam
When Cas caught her she thought that she would be able to convince the angel to tell anyone she quickly spoke “you didn’t see this.” but it ended up not working,
