What Is The Difference Between LED And QLED?
Television screens have evolved rapidly since the invention of LCD technology. The world was just about to understand the LCD technology, LEDs were introduced that changed the course of history. Now we have a more advanced technology called QLED. When buying a new TV, the different technologies create confusion. A similar word is being confused by the people, and they are assuming both of these technologies are the same. Both the LEDs and QLEDs are very much different from each other. Here in this blog we will compare two technologies and see the differences between them.
LED:-
LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. It refers to a small, efficient light source that emits light when electricity is passed through it. Unlike LCDs, LED TVs don’t use the cold cathode fluorescent lights to backlight the display. The LEDs were invented back in the 1960s. LEDs can produce an image with greater dynamic contrast compared to LCD TVs. The LED TVs are extremely slim in comparison to LCD TVs. Many LED TVs have a VA panel, which normally has a high contrast ratio and narrow viewing angles, which results in bright picture quality.
QLED:-
QLED stands for Quantum Dots Light Emitting Diode. This is the successor of LED screens marketed by Samsung. Quantum Dot is actually a display device that uses semiconductor nanocrystals to make pure monochromatic green, blue and red light. QLED TVs use LCD panels lit by LEDs. Between the LCD layer and backlight a quantum dot layer is placed which produces more pure and saturated colours. QLED TV is only an LCD TV that can have quantum dots.
Difference Between LED And QLED:-
Technology:-
LED refers to Light Emitting Diode. It refers to a small and efficient light source that emits light when electricity is passed through it. LED TVs are more like LCV TVs which incorporate light-emitting diodes to backlight the display.
QLED refers to Quantum Dots Light Emitting Diodes. QLEDs use quantum dot technology to emit light, which results in greater colour accuracy and pure and saturated colours.
2. Black Level:-
LED TVs use distinct RGB lights to produce rich and sharper colours with greater dynamic contrast. It offers a much wider color gamut with greater light intensity.
QLEDs offer incredible contrast with true black and bright white colours. In this technology each pixel emits its own light, which enables QLEDs to run far more brightly than other technologies.
3. Viewing Angle:-
In terms of viewing angle both LEDs and QLEDs provide a nice viewing experience. Both of them provide a nice viewing angle when you are at the centre in front of the TV. But neither of them are ideal for viewing when you are sitting far away from the TV.
4. Colour Volume:-
In terms of colour volume QLEDs are the clear winner. With the quantum dot technology each pixel emits its only light, which results in greater colour accuracy. The quantum dot technology gives you a 100 percent colour volume and unmatched saturation level.
Conclusion:-
As we have seen the primary difference between LEDs and QLEDs, it is clearly seen that both perform a different function, and both use different technologies. One delivers superb picture quality, and one consumes less electricity. So, it is very difficult to conclude which one is better and which is not. It depends upon the customer to buy it according to their preferred taste. But If you don’t mind spending money and going on a premium side, QLEDs steal the show. We hope that this blog helped you see the difference between LED and QLED. If you want to read and gain knowledge like this,do visit our website “eRip Blogs“.

7 Reasons For Computer Lagging And How To Fix Them
A laggy computer is a painfully familiar problem for the Windows users. Actually, Computer lagging always happens in Windows 7/8/10 while playing games or running high end processes. If your Windows is not running as fast as it used to be, then there are a lot of ways to fix it. Read the below blog to know how to fix lag on computer.
There could be many reasons for a laggy computer or PC. In a PC or Computer lagging can cause the various problems:
Opening Programs Slowly
Saving documents will take a longer time
Screen Freezes
Windows error message appears
Delay in response
Drivers will not work properly
Decrease in internet speeds
Poor Battery Life
Graphics flicker and stutters
Drop in FPS (Frame Rate Per Second)
Here in this blog, we have compiled 7 common reasons for computer lagging and solutions to fix them.
1. Outdated CPU:-
Overtime, newer processors are invented in order to catch up with the new softwares and hardwares. An older CPU can’t run the newer programs efficiently as it doesn’t have updated hardware changes. However, with some software updates, it can run the programmes but not as efficiently as the newer CPUs. The old and overheated CPU can cause High CPU usage, which ultimately leads to lagging in your computer.
In order to fix this issue, you should regularly check your CPU performance by doing a CPU stress test. If you have a poor score in the performance test, then you should upgrade your CPU with a new or latest one.
2. Windows running on Old HDD:-
In order to run a PC or Computer, you will need storage. There are 2 types of storage available in the present days, i.e. HDD (Hard Disk) and SSD (Solid State Drive). HDDs are the older version of storage, which were mostly used in the laptops. Now-a-days with the introduction of SSD, the processes and softwares are made according to it, which ultimately leads to the inefficient and laggy computer with a HDD in it.
In order to fix this problem, there is only one solution. Every PC, computer and laptop has an option for storage upgradation or storage swap. It is recommended that you replace your HDD with an SSD. SSDs are a lot faster and more efficient than HDDs.
3. Too Many Start-up Programmes:-
A PC or Computer has a limit for running multiple programs at a time. The multiple applications use RAM and Internal Storage. If you have too many start-up programs, then your PC will not get enough power to boot up properly or refresh itself, which ultimately results in a laggy experience.
In order to fix this problem, you should only enable the important programs for start-up, and disable the unnecessary programs. You can enable or disable it by going into Task Manager > Start-up.
4. Maxed Out Storage:-
Every PC and Computer has limited storage space and it can be filled pretty easily. In order to run the windows animation and programs, some internal storage is used. So, if your HDD or SSD is maxed out, the processes can’t run due to the lack of storage space.
In order to fix this issue, you should clean up your HDD or SSD. It is recommended to always maintain 40% free space on the PC. Always empty the recycling bin, clean-up the disk and delete unwanted windows files.
5. PC Is Inflected With Malwares and Viruses:-
If you are seeing unnecessary pop-ups, notifications or unnecessary applications, programs are getting installed in your computer, then your computer is infected with malware or virus. It is a common problem with windows, it allows unauthorised websites to download and install anything in your computer. However, windows does provide antivirus software for safety but it doesn’t work that effectively to keep all the viruses and malwares away from your computer.
In order to fix this problem, you should always turn on your windows antivirus. If not, you can spend some money and get yourself an antivirus software. There are also some free antivirus softwares which can do a pretty good job. Also, you shouldn’t visit unnecessary and unauthorised websites.
6. Insufficient Power Supply:-
Unlike a laptop, PC and computer need power supply to boot and run. Just like an electric fan or bulb, the computer also runs slowly with a low power supply. It is rather an external problem than an internal one. You should always supply enough power to the computer to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
In order to fix this problem, you should always check the power supply unit of your computer. If you have a poor power supply unit, then exchange or replace it with a new one or good one.
7. Outdated OS And Drivers:-
In order to make your computer faster and adaptive to the newer software, you need to regularly update your OS (Operating System) and Drivers. Most of the hardware and software issues often happen in Windows 7/8/10 due to the outdated drivers. Most of the time, these issues lead to the lagginess of your computer.
In order to fix this issue, always check for updates on your computer. Do turn on your automatic software update, which will automatically download and install a new software whenever it is available.
Conclusion:-

Redmi Note 10 Pro Max Review!
Redmi Note Series has always been giving us the best for the price. The best Camera, Screen, Processor, etc are always given by the Redmi Note Series. Xiaomi has already launched the Redmi Note 10 Series, and today you’ll see the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max getting reviewed.
Looks
This phone is so beautiful, it took me to the heavens when I opened it and took it in my hand. I ordered this device in Vintage Bronze colour and it was so damn good, that I felt something called love at first sight. This phone comes in two other colours, Glacial Blue and Dark Knight
Check out : Doorstep Mobile Repair bangalore
Display
The Redmi Note 10 Pro Max has a Super AMOLED Display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and it is the most beautiful phone I’ve ever had, the smoothness is on another level. The display is just amazing!
Camera
The camera of this phone is on another level, the normal photos are so good in quality and with 108 MP mode, it goes beyond the limits. The super macro lens is amazing and captures every small detail. Video can be captured with maximum quality of 2160p (4k) at 30 fps, and slow-motion capture with up to 960 FPS, which is slow. What makes the camera amazing is the amazing features and mods for the camera such as motion tracker, VLOG mode, etc.
Performance
This phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G Chipset. The gaming experience was good, I played a lot of games including heavy and light, and each was running smoothly without any lag. I also played everyone’s favourite game BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India). The experience was good but not as good as I expected. This phone has a 120 Hz Refresh Rate and it even could only run BGMI at 45 FPS, It didn’t support 60 FPS which is a big drawback. I would say that performance is amazing but disappoints at 60 FPS support in BGMI.
Battery
This phone has a battery of 5020 mAH which is big and amazing. After testing, I’ve seen that this phone has a battery life of 4 days with light usage, 2½ days with moderate usage and 1½ with intensive usage (not continuous usage). So the battery life is best at the price range they are giving this phone.
Conclusion
Overall Rating 9/10. Amazing processor, display, battery and camera, everything is just amazing in this phone. Only some issues with the device are minor. Best phone in this price range.

Commercial Air Conditioning and Residential Air Conditioning — What is the Difference?
What is an AC (Air Conditioner)?
We use Air Conditioners a lot, but we don’t know what they really do. An air conditioner is a system that throws cool air into a room by taking in heat and humidity in the room.
How does an Air Conditioner work?
Firstly, the system takes in warm air from the room.
Then the warm air flows over the cold evaporator inside the system which cools down the air and the dehumidifier removes excess moisture from the air.
The coolant present in chiller pipes absorbs the heat and evaporates it. Turning cold liquid into warm gas.
This warm air is pumped outside and the coolant flows through the compressor unit and the condenser turns it back into a cool liquid.
Cold air is then recirculated into the room, mixing it with air present in the room, cooling down the temperature.

Types of Air Conditioners
Residential Air Conditioning
What is a Residential Air Conditioner?
Air conditioners that are used in houses for air conditioning in our house are called residential air conditioners. They are bigger in size and need more care.
Commercial Air Conditioning
What is a Commercial Air Conditioner?
Air conditioners used in commercial places such as offices, shopping malls, and hospitals are called commercial air conditioners. They are usually average size, size depending on the area to be cooled.
Difference Between Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning?
Size — Residential air conditioning systems are smaller than commercial air conditioning systems, because commercial places are generally bigger than residential areas, so a bigger Air Conditioning system would be required to make the place cooler.
Placement — Generally, condensers of Residential air conditioning systems are installed alongside the building or in the backyard, but in commercial systems, it is installed on the roof of the building which saves a lot of space and noise from coming inside the building.
Drainage System — The drainage system in Commercial Air conditioners are generally bigger because they cool larger areas, so additional moisture is cycling through the system. Whereas, in residential air conditioning systems lesser space is cooled and so the moisture in the system is less.
Maintenance and Installation — Installing a commercial air conditioner costs a lot and highly skilled technicians are required to ensure perfect and safe installation of the system and maintenance of these systems is also costly and Residential Air Conditioners.
Capacity — The power capacity of Residential ACs ranges from 2kW to 25kW. The size of commercial units is usually bigger, so their power capacity ranges from 10kW — to 100kW.
Features — Residential systems have comparatively more features than Commercial systems because commercial places only need a controlled temperature, not much more features.
Life Span — Larger systems are expected to have a longer life span, so commercial systems have a longer lifespan than Residential systems.
Components — ACs at home use regular parts and some manufacturer-specific parts. Commercial systems need genuine and high-quality parts because they tend for longer use.
