Ernie was sitting at his desk, finishing up a piece on the candidates for Minister For Magic, it was something he was quite proud of. The amount of time he had spent on it was almost ridiculous but Ernie didn't care. He had always been the type to spend large amounts of time on his work, especially when he was passionate about it. Now to finish up the article he was going to need pictures, and so he found himself heading over to Dennis Creevey's workspace. Smiling as he knocked on the wall.

"Dennis, hey! I am just finishing up a piece I was doing on the election, and I was wondering, do you have any snaps of Karkaroff and Scrimgeour? Nothing showy or flashing, but still, has them appearing forceful? I'd also appreciate it if one didn't look better than the other. Don't want to be accused of playing favorites, you know?"

   ━━   hey, isn’t that ERNEST “ERNIE’ MACMILLAN  ? i read a daily prophet article on them, once ; the TWENTY SIX  year old  [ pure blood ] WIZARD is a [  HUFFLEPUFF alumnus who has gone on to be a POLITICS EDITOR FOR THE DAILY PROPHET ].  i’ve heard they can be quite BRAVE  & SCHOLARLY, but i don’t know… they came off very IMPULSIVE &  OBSESSIVE in that interview. it really is hard to know what to believe these days though, isn’t it?

Five more minutes.....five more minutes....five more minutes.....Those five minutes had a way of adding up. Ernie was working on some last-minute touches on an article that was going to be in next week's Prophet, despite the fact he should have been cleaning up the apartment for when his friend, Justin arrived. Now he had about thirty seconds to cram all that prep into as the other was making his way up to the apartment. Grabbing clothes he was throwing them into his bedroom and swinging the door shut when he heard the knocking. Heading towards the door, he noticed an ink smudge on his face, and quickly licking his finger wound up still trying to wipe it off as he opened the door.

"Justin! I'm pretty sure you're early! Didn't we agree on an hour from now?" Looking at the wall clock, he knew that the other was right on time. "Please excuse.....just about everything. I have a big piece going out next week, and well.....it's been taking up most of my time." Still wiping at his face. "Have I gotten the ink off yet?"
