Having an exercise routine helps a college student because it’s a way to relieve stress and keeping your body and mind in check and not just being studying all the time. For example, sports it’s a way of having fun but also it relives stress from all your classes. Of course, not to take advantage and spend too much time working out or playing a sport but used more like recreational activity that shouldn’t take more than two hours a day.
