I kinda get the vibe that you and other tumblr users from the UK find the cell broadcasting warnings annoying and not 'good'? When we had the testing for this system in Germany all the people I spoke to where relieved that this system now 'exists' and is so loud and scary that you know something is happening and you have to check for emergency anouncments. (I addition to the other warn-apps you should have anyway.) But maybe my opinion is biased because I wish we had the cell broadcasting system before the catasrophic flooding of 2021. It would have helped so much
