In favor of people shipping what they want. That is the only defining factor. You can have the most vanilla ships yourself and be proship because it's just about how you act around others. You should want to be around proship people. There are dummies who are loud and weird who call themselves proship, but that's a subculture and there are subcultures under every label in existence.

But yeah. Whoever told you proship is a type of content, or that it stands for "problematic content", or that being proship means you not only let people ship what they want but also that you have x kinds of ships yourself, is full of bologne.

If you have things like "gross proship stuff", you are going to repel chill fans and attract ones who scream if someone dares to ship something even mildly "bad".

I didn’t really appreciate the rudeness in your first ask, though, and would have probably gotten here faster without being accused of things right off the bat. I can get defensive, and that’s also on me, but maybe try less harassment and more educational.
