I know it’s been said before but I’m gonna say it again

It’s incredibly toxic that most barn expect their workers to work 7 days a week/no vacation/no sick leave.

I know it’s a hard industry amd most barns can’t afford it. I’m not saying that I know how to change it. As a barn worker, I’m just saying it’s not healthy and that’s why there’s a super high turnover rate.
