Spark in most of my art: tee hee cute flirty gal

Spark lore: deeply traumatised young woman, disillusioned with the world, while still, at the same time, struggling to save what little of it can still be saved; all too aware of the corruption of the rich and powerful because they are what took her loved ones away from her; equally as aware of the world's view on women and her unique position as a beautiful, vulnerable-looking, stereotypical 'sweet little thing', who plays into the ways society sees her, behaving ditzy, sweet, stupid and seductive all at once, weaponising the 'virginal whore' persona to cause men to drop their guard and make themselves vulnerable to her, in turn; reckless and a little too self-assured, or perhaps with no regard about her own safety, time and time again risking her life to achieve her goal of eliminating a 'greater evil', to snuff out a source of corruption in order for the disadvantaged and abused parts of society to have space to grow and heal, holding their lives in much higher regard than her own; a bundle of walking, talking and singing trust issues, barely able to differentiate between the men she toys with for her own entertainment/to meet a particular goal from genuine emotional connections, quick to sabotage a potential healthy and loving relationship because she simply cannot allow herself to be vulnerable around an other party, discarding the subject of her reciprocated affection and rationalising the action to herself as 'another fling that would not last' and 'another idiot that fell for her charm and ultimately does not want her for what she is but for what she pretends to be', stuck in a vicious cycle of playing pretend and lying to the world around her - and most of all, herself

ooc ✨ alright, so! after a couple incredibly busy and mentally taxing weeks i think i have finally come to a decision regarding this blog; i will put setting up my multi off and focus on writing here for the time being. i'll rework spark's verses and the overall blog aesthetic, then push myself to get back into the flow of writing regularly. i do not expect to be super active but i want to set up a queue with replies and at the very least offer you guys the consistency i have been lacking recently.
