It's weird because in the old comics Hotstreak was 'Martin Scarponi' and was racist and homophobic. In the show hotstreak was 'Francis Stone' and was just a general bully but, never really said or did anything explicitly racist or homophobic he was a hotheaded bully with anger issues which he was sensitive about. In the new comic he's 'Francis Stone' but he acts like he does in the old comics.

It could simply be that in those pictures his nipples aren't showing because they're located really close to the bottom of his pecs and when he crouches down slightly they're harder to see or covered in his shadow which makes them impossible to see without the light from a certain angle. What's more plausible is that the artists didn't draw nipples in most scenes, there are scenes where Nuckle Bine is shirtless and doesn't have his nipples showing usually this is when he's not the focus of the camera or when he's fighting in a dramatic pose. Early in the series there are instances of shirtless male characters drawn without nipples, but who do possess nipples. Hell If I remember clearly Netero is shirtless in a flashback, but we don't see his nipples so really it's probably just an artistic choice to not draw nipples most of the time. Hell in ALOT of anime there are alot of shirtless male characters that are simply drawn without nipples so it could also be a stylistic choice to not draw them. Meruem may have nipples, but they're just never drawn, the theory that male ants who have mammal blood in them have nipples is slightly discredited by the fact that there is a bull humanoid ant who doesn't have nipples and is completely shirtless. Also Meruem has mammalian blood in him, remember he's a combination of almost every animal.
