i’ve been adjusting to a new sleep schedule and i’ve been dragged to do something the past few nights, so i’ve just been sleeping as soon as i get the chance, but i am here now and i’m waiting for the queue to run out because i am making new promo graphics in new me fashion. while i listen to the mothman buzzfeed unsolved and make some breakfast, come check us out !! i’ll have the new species up tonight after work or tomorrow and i can’t wait to show them off because two are my personal favourites !!

would some species be able to tell what other species are? for example, will a moroi be able to tell if someone is a fae? or a werewolf? and would they be able to recognise their own species?
one member brought up that i evidently had this explained on pages and for some reason it’s not on there anymore... so i guess i took it out, and i’m not sure why i’d do that. i’ll readd it when i update pages tonight with the new species, but essentially the break down would be this:
MOROI can tell the difference in species if they drink or smell their blood.
WEREWOLVES can tell the difference by the scent of the species in general.
SHIFTERS cannot tell.
FAERIES can tell if the species has some form of magic, because they can tell the subtle differences in how the magic feels to them.
WITCHES cannot tell.
BANSHEES cannot tell.
SIPHONERS can tell in the same way moroi can tell.
overall though, people’s species are not a secret. there are segregated neighbourhoods and everyone is what they are openly. there is no reason to hide, so more often than not, their are wolves shifting around the city, shifters tend to have a natural pull to their animal form so the same goes for them, moroi and dhampir are pretty physically easy to tell, witches do magic out in public, etc.
as for if people can tell their own species: yes. especially it is easy for the fae because they can see through each other’s glamours.

when will the new species be posted?
likely late tonight. the event starts at 5:00PM EST, and i won’t be on right when it starts because that’s when i get off of work. so depending on if i go to a second work out session after work or not, i may not get home until 6:00PM or 7:00PM, but it’d really be later than that like in the dead hours of the night because that when i seem to think it’s a great idea to do things.
