For my 30th back in January. I went to the museum of death in NOLA.
Celebrating your 30s in a pandemic is rather depressing. Spent the day walking through a cold empty French Quarter for less than an hour followed by having Panda Express in my car with my fiancé. Where I live we do have mask mandates but I guess rules here are way more lax than others but I didn’t realize how shut down everything is across state lines.
The museum was really rather unique and there was equipment there from cases ghost adventures had investigated that really peaked my interest. Now pictures allowed but definitely worth a trip.

I made an earlier post (like literally only a few moments ago) of belongings I came across going through old items.
Mind you, I’ve moved around ALOT since 7th grade due to my dad’s career in the military and just moving myself after high school. I tend to just move boxes without going through them I guess. I do hoard but I’m not a compulsive hoarder risking my life or have a trashy home.
Anywho, this bag was pretty iconic as in middle and high school most girls had these bags. Most said New York or any iconic city really. I got mine from somewhere within Anaheim California. It was my pride and joy souvenir. It was my senior year and I had gone on a free trip for my marketing class to participate in a national competition. This was my tote bag for everything. Gym, sleepover, my get ready for work away from home bag. I wonder how long till teens bring this back while they enjoy or spiked comb headband weapons 😂😊

So I was cleaning out the closet in our spare bedroom as my brother is now living in it and I want to do a garage sale.
I’ve found a series of nostalgic but almost forgot gems of going to school in the 90s and early 2000s and just seeing how much as changed.
I found my sims game that I haven’t played in 15+ years! And it reminded me of all the sleep overs I hosted because I had the coolest game 😂🤣 everyone took turns creating houses and families and had allotted time frames. We would stay up all night taking turns, using cheat codes to have unlimited money, and do odd things while waiting for our next turn.
How I even managed to keep these over the years knowing I haven’t had a compatible platform is beyond me 😂

So sucker punch was pretty much amazing! This is the first movie in a long time to fully grab my attention. I snuck in a venti sweetened black tea from starbucks and pretty much chugged in and held it in the entire time. I did not want to get up at all. The story line was great but most of you already know it and others I don't want to spoil it for you.
I loved the movie and anyone who gives it a bad review is just straight up a sucky person with no taste or life.
