It’s not a glitch ;w; It says, right on the team challenge page, that you can’t do a team challenge if you’ve already sent your score. I got impatient and didn’t read the rules until after.

Haha yeah same... I just noticed it now ;~;

Next time I'll line up a partner before I send my score I guess.

Step 3: Defeat Your Opponent Together

Once your partner accepts the challenge, both of you must defeat the chosen opponent to collect your prizes! (Both teammates need to commit to the challenge before sending scores! If you defeat the challenger before the invite is accepted, you are forfeiting the Team Challenge and will not receive the bonus prize.)

  Oh I didn't notice this part that's really dumb..............

I didn't participate in the challenge, but people have posted about how they sent the score before they did the team challenge and now they can't get the prizes...

Ehhhhhh oh well at least I'll know for the next one. I can always hope it's some sort of glitch and they'll fix it.
