Man, justice for Burning Spice. I think he’s been done dirty by Devsis compared to the other beasts. I feel like his update was sandwiched between Devsis popping off with their first Beast introduction and popping off with the Shmilk update, and the ball’s continued to roll with Eternal Sugar (SM and ES getting legendary skins with the ancients, better narrative in their chapter, more fleshed out backstory etc??). Sure Mystic flour doesn’t have a legendary skin or custom toppings, but her chapter was still narratively consistent and she won Cookie of the Year? So she’s bound to be pampered soon, I can feel it.

Spice though?? I still think his chapter was a little half assed because they were saving on budget for Shmilk. Story was good until it was rushed and anticlimactic, his backstory was lowkey fumbled and presented him as a little one note (I fully believe there’s more to it than boredom but the problem is the game doesn’t even hint at that I think). And now he’s like… just kinda There. With little sauce. Okay story and Okay update but that’s the problem: every other Beast story was good to great while Spice’s was just Okay.

Devsis please give him a legendary skin soon… and more substance…. He deserves more love ok
