Gah their relationship is just so fascinating to me bc I think they originally started collaborating with the intent of using the other for personal gain, spamton to get more fame and tenna to figure out spamtons secret to success, but they obviously became genuinely close and cared about the other bc that resentment/longing combo they have wouldn’t be this deep otherwise.

Spamton might would hold his grudge regardless bc we know he holds grudges, see how he talks about the addisons swatch and jevil, but with tenna it is so much worse than those with him constantly calling for tennas death (more than he does for others at least) and tenna doesn’t seem to be the type to hold a grudge to this degree with just anyone, he’s not malicious toward toriel for unplugging him for years for example

I feel like there’s more to their falling out than just that phone call, the phone call was just the final straw. How long do y’all think they felt like the other was just using them and then having that fear confirmed in this moment?
