vent/ suicidal ideation u know the drill

it feels like there is no life scenario for me in which i am free from chronic suicidal thoughts.

i give in to the depression and rot in bed and play games all day? i feel like killing myself

i do things like chores and go outside to try and stave off the depression? it adds stress that makes me want to kill myself

my meds that are supposed to help depression make me so irritable and tense and angry and stressed that i want to bash my head against a wall and Then kill myself. so ofc i dont take them and so my depression is just full blast unmedicated and it makes me feel like shit all the time and makes nothing fun so ofc i feel like killing myself!!!!!

like idk. some days it just doesn't feel worth it. i knowwwwwww its supposed to get better but what does 'better' even really mean
