Lawn Opportunity
#lawn, how to resolve? As you know the internet of things is a great place to find answers to some of the opportunities you face in life. In my particular case, I paid to get some sod about 6 weeks ago, then within that time #brownpatches appeared everywhere. So, within the hour, I was able to find out how to adjust the #sprinker #timer. Now, I have to wait a couple of weeks to see if reducing the watering frequency by 33% will help me see green grass during the #summer in the #Sunshine State.

#CHALLENGE
I ask myself what is my biggest #regret & I have come to the resolution is that I am making #baddecisions. #1Baddecision is eating without limit. I have been battling this bad decision for over 3,650 days. #unbelievable! If I could #travelback in time...I would tell myself "hey man you need to have the courage to stop chewing & swallowing so frequently throughout the day". When I reflect on this, I am so embarrassed so today my journey to #lose weight begins.

LIFESTYLE CHANGE
Folks,
Today, I start my journey of losing #weight. I know is going to be hard & challenging- most likely is the main reason I am using anonimity, this blog for accountability. I currently weigh 263 pounds my goal is to be at 190 lbs by the end of this year. Not sure what is my plan of action but I think I am going to make gradual progress on improving my #diet & increase movement /#exercise. If you have any pointers for me, send them my way.

#DIET2022
About 10 years ago, I was at my “ideal” weight 185 lbs. Fast forward to today, I am at 260 lbs. My moment of change was when I was going up the stairs in my home and I was out breadth. I told myself “#wtf”. About a couple of weeks thereafter, my wife got me a rower. I saw no change with the rower so I signed up for a gym. Its been 6 months and now I am 254 lbs. I am now #brainstorming of what to do next. I am thinking #pilates and #groceryshopping. Any suggestions for the #weightloss journey, please comment below
