Syboulette’s Books Converted And Made Functional

I’m a big fan of book piles that function as bookcases but I find there’s not many options for them so I decided to convert some!

This set contains 5 different 4t2 book conversions (and 8 meshes in total) that work like bookcases and can be placed on shelves too (and sims will still be able to use them).

All meshes and textures were created by @syboubou​, they come from the following sets: millenial bedroom, brigitte living room, galileo kid bedroom and galet living room. The meshes are rather low poly (around 300 polys, only millenial books are 900) and I’ve reduced textures from 1024 to 512. They have all the original recolors that were in simlish.

I cloned them from a 4ESF functional book pile updated to FT/AL by @pensblr​ and shared on GoS here. I cleaned them up a bit and made placeable on shelves.

Deadly Bee Swarms | Download A mod that helps make 'death by flies' a tiny bit easier to achieve.

I've never had a ghost of this death type in my game naturally, even when intentionally neglecting my sims' cleanliness, but now it's an added risk when hiking and hunting bugs! Still rare, but no longer seemingly impossible. x)

Behaviour This mod adds a simple coin flip to determine whether the swarmed sim will die or not.

I haven't seen enough bee swarms in normal gameplay to feel like this would need additional logic, but if there's interest I can add some extra checks for a sims' activity and body skill levels, too. :)

Conflicts This mod overrides the BHAV Interaction - Chased By Bees.

As far as I can see, there hasn't been a hiking or bug hunting mod to alter this particular BHAV yet, but please do let me know if you run into any conflicts!

quick bonus shots - i got the lil sign setup. v quick'n'dirty retexture - many thanks to flaticons lmao. this will be the thing the sims buy up and put into their inventory so I know to plop down washer/dryers on their lots (as long as they have space or they'll be refunded)

The Sims 2 - Wall Hanging Decor Recolors Database

Hi! Finally sharing this with you. It's a recolor database for the wall hanging decor from The Sims 2. It first started as a website, but I couldn't keep up, so I made a Google Sheet. It's far from done, however, this is were I ask you to help me fill this up!

As we are in testing period and it took me a lot of effort to do this, I will start asking for help with a Google form, and later on, I will open the sheet to the public so everyone can edit it (I could do this from the beginning but I'm afraid someone might vandalize it 😭).

4t2 TeeTucked mesh edit and default

I made a default for aftoptshirt and tftoptshirt using @mdpthatsme's 4t2 TeeTucked conversion, with some of the original textures and recolors by Dare2DV8.

The same way I did for this sweater (wait that was a year ago??), I edited the AF and TF fat morphs to smoothen the chest area (Dina in the preview above models the "fat" version)

You get a total of 22 recolors for both ages. That's a lot, but I like having a decent choice of colors for a basic versatile tee, and there's some graphic/tie&dye options as well! I also made a repo'd completer for EF, it shows up decustomized in the catalog.

Sims 3t2 Traits: Angler Pack

A snapshot of a successful test result! Franklin Wilson was happy to autonomously fish for me.

Mod 1

The first package file I have for you enables autonomous fishing on community lots for only Anglers.

It is called ys2g_angler_fishing_3t2

Loves the Outdoors and Hates the Outdoors have different rates of success with fishing (amount of loops before they catch a fish is different). Anglers catch more fish faster. These effects were coded by Fway so all credit goes to that creator.

In the vanilla coding, Sims will only gain fun if they catch something. My new edit of this package enables Anglers to gain fun throughout the whole process! So they will gain fun even when they aren't catching anything.

This file edits the following resources:

Interaction - Fish - Test 0x1045, Interaction - Fish - Subqueue - Test 0x1070, Fish- Idle 0x1051, Fish - Common Test Tree 0x106F

It conflicts with 'Fway's Badge Speed by Trait" but just load mine last and you will have effects from both mods.

It also conflicts with Cyjon's "Visitors Behave" but just load Mod 1 after Cyjon's mod. It should already do this since my mods begin with the letter Y.

Or you can just delete the Fishing BHAV from Cyjon's mod like I did.

Mod 2

The other package is an edit of the destination TTAB. It changes advertising for autonomous fishing. You don't necessarily need this file, but I recommend it if you want the proper effect, which is to see unplayables fishing in the background at fishing/nature lots for some realism. And besides, Sims would fish autonomously all the time in Sims 3 if they were anglers.

Mod 3 - optional

ys2g_fishingttab_InSim

This is just a plugin/version of Mod 2 that you need to use instead of Mod 2 if you have InSimenator.

Load it after InSimenator.

Easy Inventory Check and Smarter EP Check are required.

Both mod 2 and 3 conflict with Bstu's Extinguish Self and I will have to look into it further, because Bstu says these types of conflicts are unavoidable.

Also in the SimFileshare folder is my custom Tv channel for Anglers that has already been released.

Dog Town Mini Pack for The Sims 2
