[“Domestic” Acrylics, 15″x20″, $375 Shipped.] I painted this based on the mindset I was in after watching a really upsetting YouTube video of a woman who misrepresents and mistreats her wolfdog. So I guess I wanted to depict a dog masquerading as a wolf, but somewhat painfully, to say that no one benefits from lies when animals are involved, especially not the animal. You can dress them up as much as you like, lie about their breed and behavior all you want, but in the end, the animal always suffers.
