The bad: tripped over some shelving thing in the kitchen that probably had no business being there.

The good: stopped the thing from falling over before anything could fall off of it; caught the bowl, plate, glass, and spoon that I dropped as I was tripping before they had a chance to hit the floor and shatter; regained my balance before I fell over and something unfortunate happened

The bad: 1:30 a.m. adrenaline spike.

I don’t know if this is an experience that anyone else has had but I just tried to set an alarm and instead of opening the alarm, I opened google maps and asked it how to get to 5:30 am instead. It’s bed time.
