THE LINK
In the scientific community "People of Science," which specializes in bioengineering, Colonel was invited by the Shadow Government to create an army of superhumans (GESH). However, the project failed because the GESH lacked free will. Later, Colonel became the commander of this army.
Cinnamon Scudworth, a genius in cloning, also joined the Shadow Government despite protests from the community. The Shadow Government introduced a memory "splitting" procedure to conceal their activities. Scudworth worked on the cloning project but, upon witnessing the cruel treatment of the clones, decided to save them. He devised an escape plan, and once the clones turned 16, they began to flee. During this process, Scudworth regained his memories but lost his sanity, starting to experience hallucinations.
Colonel, disappointed by Scudworth's betrayal, reported his actions to the Shadow Government, and Cinnamon was fired. Candide, the head of the science department, was also dismissed due to poor leadership and now seeks revenge by hunting down the escaped clones. Meanwhile, the GESH have been repurposed into a shadow police force tasked with finding the clones in Exclamation City, while Candide roams the streets, ready to eliminate anyone who stands in her way.
Story (1)
Abe, Gandhi, and Joan, having successfully escaped the Shadow Tower, soon discovered an old staircase near the Barcade (bar + arcade) leading underground. Behind a door with a broken lock awaited a basement, which became their ideal hideout, hidden from prying eyes. They began to settle in, gradually adapting to their new life. After some time, having gotten used to their surroundings and figuring out how to survive under these new conditions, Gandhi decided to leave the hideout briefly for an urgent matter. On the city streets, he accidentally ran into JFK and Cleo, who, as it turned out, were also seeking refuge. Gandhi invited them to the basement, and so the core group of five clones was reunited.
Abe, curious about how JFK and Cleo had managed to remain unnoticed for so long, suggested retracing their steps. As they walked, they discussed their plans and the current situation until they stumbled upon a building covered in vibrant graffiti. In these drawings, they immediately recognized Frida's artstyle, one of their fellow clones. Returning to the hideout, they shared their discovery with the others. Abe speculated that this might be a signal from Frida and proposed setting out to find her. He went together with Gandhi and JFK.
However, unfamiliar with the city, they got lost several times and eventually found themselves near a dump, where they accidentally came across Van Gogh sitting alone. But their solitude was short-lived — a squad of Shadow Police appeared nearby. The clones grabbed Van Gogh and fled, sparking a chase. Fortunately, Scudworth and Mr. B, who had been searching for the missing clones, were nearby. They distracted the police, giving Abe and his friends a chance to successfully escape.
Incidentally, Scudworth had recently found Topher wandering the streets with no memory of his past. Cinnamon immediately understood what had happened and decided to help. After successfully diverting the police, he returned to Topher and, with Mr. B's assistance, managed to locate the other clones. Using the old GPS chips embedded in the clones' heads, they found their hideout. When everyone reunited, Topher reacquainted himself with those he had once grown up with in the Shadow Tower.
Meanwhile, news of the chase made its way into online media, which Confucius actively followed. In photos posted by random witnesses, he recognized his friends. He shared this with Harriet and Frida, with whom he was currently staying at the "Point" hostel on the outskirts of the city. The hostel owner, facing financial problems, gladly provided them shelter in exchange for a small fee and a promise to keep their presence a secret. Thus, the hostel became their new home.
Uncertain of where to find the others, Harriet, Confucius, and Frida decided to use a tried-and-true method — graffiti. As they painted on the walls, they were spotted by Gandhi, who had once again set out to search for Frida. This time, the mission was successful, and he brought all three back to the hideout. Thus, the long-awaited reunion of all the clones took place, and they could now plan their next steps together.
Confucius was able to financially support the "Old School", buying them clothes and providing food. Harriet helped Abe with leadership. Frida, as usual, adorned the city with her writings and patterns.
After some time, Abe, as expected, suggested rescuing someone else. Now dressed in new outfits, they blended seamlessly into the colorful crowd, making it unlikely that the police would notice or chase them this time.

In this world of high tech and low life, the Shadow Government hungers for global control. They forge an army of superhumans (GESH) and dabble in cloning, desperate to cement their power. But their ambition hits a snag – the clones, designed to obey, start fighting for their freedom.
The story follows a group of escaped clones – Abe, Gandhi, Joan, JFK, Cleo, Harriet, Confucius, Frida, Topher – and their creator, the brilliant Scudworth, assisted by his robotic sidekick, Mr. B. They're hiding in dingy basements and cramped hostels, battling for survival in a city where Shadow Police relentlessly hunt them down. Their bond isn't just shared trauma, but a shared burning desire to free others, trapped mentally or physically by the Shadow Government's iron grip.
This is a world where science is twisted into a tool of oppression. Every footstep is a fight for survival, every reunion a beacon of hope in the darkest of times.
