im kind of starting to wonder if theres a reason for the fact that it takes me so long just to get up the motivation to shower + how long i actually spend IN the shower and how much time i spend just cooling down afterwards, other than me being lazy and unhygienic- mainly because the whole time i was in the shower today, i felt like my heart was racing, and when i got out i checked it and it was 154, then i checked it again after combing my hair and everything and it had gone DOWN but it was still 143. so do i have some secret water phobia that even i wasnt aware of or-
