i have a german language background and dutch is like a deutschnglish so i can kinda understand what they be said.

my sister and her husband created a gc to share baby photos and his side of the family are all dutch and sometimes they’ll be responding to the photos in dutch and my sister also speaks dutch so i just react to the photos with emojis cuz i can’t speak dutch (and neither can my mom)

i did weighted ab workouts on tuesday that basically gave me the worst ab doms pain and bloating :/

i don't know how to phrase this but it feels so horrible seeing palestinians having to request strangers here for donations. they are having to put photos of their kids in hopes that it tugs the heartstrings of someone who sees it and then donates to them.

we've seen nearly 20 months of genocide and we've lost so many thousand people from gaza. i genuinely do not understand anyone who doesn't feel genuine heartache and grief for palestine.

gaza was so full of life and light. it physically hurts to see the aftermath of the destruction led by the occupation. homes and schools and hospitals and parks are all rubble now.

despite all this death and destruction, palestinians are trying to survive and maintain hope for the future.
