actually what's the worst thing a doctor has said or done to you
#oh god i have an encyclopedia of these... but we'll keep it to just one for now 🤔#let's see.. lets go with the time multiple doctors told me for years my hormone imbalances & extreme menstrual pain was all in my head#and then after getting control of my own healthcare fighting an additional bunch of months with a new care team to finally get some scans#finally go get the scans after enduring being told i was making this up and they were probably unnecessary and then a few days later#i collapse at work and have to be rushed to the ER bc a massive ovarian cyst ruptured and promptly went septic#almost die from sepsis (I have very little memory of the event after i initially collapsed lol)#eventually get released from the hospital then get a phone call the next day from my new doctor going 'hey we got your scan results back'#'turns out you were right your ovaries are full of cysts' and i was just like thanks i already found out i was right the hard way but 👍#fun times

#guacamole is yummy#olives are yummy (all kinds really i love me some olives)#mango are eh mid for me surprisingly (tend to use them more to build/mix flavors than as a solitary snack)#hummus is fucking delicious i will destroy a bowl of hummus (fave is garlic & pine nut)#tomatoes are yummy in pretty much all forms (yes even pickled)#cannoli are only good if they are made properly too many places make them with thick dough and fill them with whipped cream or custard#which is super gross really#a cannoli should be a thin pastry dough shell (usually fried so flaky and crisp when you bite) with a ricotta based filling!!!#my fave type are usually the ones topped with chopped pistachios that shit is 🤌🤌🤌 delicious!!!!#my tradition of having strong opinions about pastry continues unabated
