We’ve heard plenty about you from Junhee and Jisoo, you can just refer to us as your in-laws. Thank you for taking such good care of our Myeonie.” > [Suho] “E-Eomma...” > [Chen] “Ah, i-it’s my pleasure! Junmyeon has given me so much happiness, I’m lucky to be the one he wants to marry. I-I promise to try to make him happy for the rest of our lives!” > [Mr. Kim] “On that note, we haven’t heard much about what you do for a living, Chen. Junmyeon told us you’re the heir of a wealthy business corporation, hm? I hope you aren’t using your position to gain Junmyeon’s favour.“ > [Suho] “Appa, he would never...!” > [Mrs. Kim] “Oh, lighten up, honey. Junhee and Jisoo have such high opinions of him, of course his feelings for Myeonie are genuine. Though, it does make you sound kind of like a prince sweeping our son off his feet, doesn’t it, Chen dear?” > Chen laughs along awkwardly, Suho squeezing his hand underneath the table for reassurance. It’s going to be a long dinner, for sure.

> [Suho] “Don’t worry, they already like you! We just need to get a story straight for you, because I’m sure they’ll ask about your job and stuff.” > [Chen] “Okay... I just hope Junhee and Jisoo didn’t exaggerate about me, eheh. Wouldn’t want to disappoint your parents...” > Sensing the doubt in Chen’s tone, Suho pockets his phone and takes Chen’s face in his hands, gently tilting it to face him. > [Suho] “Hey, it’s gonna be fine. We faced death together, this is gonna be a piece of cake. I love you so much, my parents are gonna love you, too.” > [Chen] “Mn...“ > Chen lets Suho bring him in for a kiss, and they continue kissing softly until Chen starts whimpering into Suho’s mouth, clutching at his shirt. > [Suho] “Such a needy prince, tempting me with this much skin showing...” > Suho trails a finger down Chen’s bare shoulder, making him shiver. > [Chen] “Nn, can you blame me? When your shirt is looking so tight around your arms and chest it makes me wanna take it off~” > [Suho] “Well, I suppose we can make that happen~”

> [Suho] “Noona, we’d like to get eomma and appa’s blessing first before we start thinking about any wedding planning.” > [Junhee] “Oh, Myeonie, I’m sure they’d be thrilled to hear you want to get married. We know how happy Chennie makes you!” > [Chen] “R-Really? But I’ve never even met them formally, how would they know...?” > [Junhee] “Hehe, Jisoo and I have told eomma and appa all about you, Chennie. And our parents trust Jisoo, if he thinks you’re a good match for our Myeonie here, then I’m certain they’ll approve of your marriage. We know you’ll take good care of him!” > [Chen] “Junhee... Th-Thank you. I will take care of Junmyeon.” > [Junhee] “Now, I’m sure you have at least some idea of what kind of wedding you want. Don’t be shy, you can tell noona all about it! I have a lot of connections, whatever you need, just ask!” > [Suho] “Noona...”

> [Chen] “Oh, Junmyeon! If you liked our honeymoon that much, we could always go on vacation anytime you want, you know~” > [Suho] “No no, that’s not what I meant- Look, I... I know I can’t tell my family about our mating ceremony, but I still want them to know about our relationship, that we’re mated, so if it’s okay with you... We could have a human wedding?” > [Chen] “Oh... Junmyeon...” > Chen takes Suho’s hands into his own and holds them tightly, eyes soft and full of fondness for his mate. > [Chen] “We’ll have to do something about our rings since we can’t take them off, but it’s nothing a little magic can’t hide. And my parents, I’m sure they’d love to be there too, so I’m sure we can work something out.” > [Suho] “So then...” > Smiling, Suho lowers himself onto one knee, still holding Chen’s hands. > [Suho] “Chen, will you grant me the pleasure of marrying you again?” > Chen giggles, nodding his head again and again. > [Chen] “Yes, yes, I’d marry you a thousand times over, of course my answer is yes!” > With enough force to nearly topple Suho over, Chen throws himself into Suho’s arms, who catches him and holds him tightly. > [Suho] “I’m glad... Let’s tell my family together, okay?” > [Chen] “Yeah. I love you so much, Junmyeon.” > [Suho] “I love you more.”

> [Suho] “...King Taemin, you do know my services specialize in bounty hunting, not pest control?” > [Taemin] “But this is a bounty! This beast is highly toxic and means to take my life! Me, the king!! You must get rid of it immediately, you can even keep the soul of this wretched thing for yourself as payment!” > Suho looks down at the so-called beast and sighs. Such a tiny thing could barely be considered adequate payment, but he supposes it would be rude to refuse the king of the fae realm. > [Suho] “Fine. But for such a simple task, I don’t think a contract is needed. Just... remember for next time, call an insect specialist instead.” > [Taemin] “Yes yes, of course! Now hurry and kill this thing!!”

> [Suho] “Chen? What’s the matter?” > [Chen] “Ahh, it’s nothing!! A-Actually, have you noticed the anons around again? Maybe they want to ask you something!” > [Suho] “Oh, really? I guess it wouldn’t hurt. But are you okay, Chen? Your face is really red... Don’t tell me you’re thinking about something dirty again? We’re in the middle of work.” > [Chen] “Uhh, y-yeah! It’s... not that I don’t like it here or anything. I’m just worried about Sehun. He’s been given more duties in my absence so he’s gotten a lot busier, but... I wonder if he’s lonely over there.” > Xiumin is quiet for a moment, then offers an arm around Luhan’s waist, letting Luhan lean on him. > [Xiumin] “If you want, I can ask Her Majesty if we can depart for the seraph realm a little earlier than schedule. It’s just about time for me to live with you in your home realm again, anyways.” > [Luhan] “Would that really be okay? Don’t you have to finish up work first?” > [Xiumin] “I can always take it with me. Your comfort is more important to me.” > Luhan bites his lip in hesitation before leaning over and giving Xiumin a peck on the cheek, hiding his blush from the light coming from the doorway. > [Luhan] “...Th-Thanks.” > [Xiumin] “It’s my pleasure, Luhan.”

> [Chen] “Junmyeon’s gotten much more confident since becoming a prince. It’s a lot to live up to Suho’s name, but he’s come a long way earning the respect of our people. Of course, when it’s just us or our friends, he’s still the same dorky Junmyeon I fell in love with, but seeing this side of him is kinda hot, too~” > [Luhan] “Ugh, save that kind of talk for the bedroom, you lovesick mutt.” > [Chen] “Whyyy, can’t I brag about my total hunk of a mate? I bet you’d like to hear cousin Xiumin brag about you, too.” > [Luhan] “Sh-Shut up, I couldn’t care less! some updates

with the return of the blog and the reopening of the ask box, there are some things to bring your attention to and to invite some suggestions:

the blog will continue in the same format as @/exo-inhuman, though updates may not be as consistent (i currently post inhuman updates every sunday/monday)

nsfw images will be cropped/altered for tumblr and the full images will be posted on my nsfw twitter (@/nsfw_suchen) which is locked but i will be accepting follower requests

there is no strict story/plot like before! think of this as an afterstory after the main plot has finished. but there may be smaller, mini plots like suchen’s human wedding and of course, xiuhan’s relationship

i will also be making an official starter post to announce the blog’s return! but before that i’ll be working on updated refs for xiumin, baekhyun, luhan, and sehun as they’re probably the ones i’ll be drawing the most. stay tuned to see where the blog will be continuing off from!

the ask box has been opened for questions again! and like before, any smaller or unrelated questions/convos can be directed to @/edk-chatlog to avoid clogging the main blog

i will be updating the character profile pages, and character portraits for text replies will be redone as they are needed. if you’d like the ask hints page to be updated as well let me know!
