Pregnancy Pounds Are Gone Thanks to Coolscultping

I remember when I first got pregnant with my first child that my mother told me that my body was going to change quite a bit. I would see significant changes and I would not go back to the way I was before I got pregnant. I did not believe her that it would be this way. What a fool I was.

After my first pregnancy, I got pregnant almost right away so I did not get to see if I could prove her wrong. After the birth of my second child I worked out for about six months, but then got pregnant again. Within three years I had three babies and it was a great time for me.

However, it was not a great time for my body. After my third child I hit the gym and ran every day, but no matter what I did I could not get rid of the belly fat that had built up and my thighs looked horrific. I was so depressed.

Thankfully, I went to a doctor who offered coolsculpting and boy what incredible results I saw almost right away. In no time those problem areas were gone and now I can tell my mom she was wrong. I just didn’t tell her that I had the coolscultping treatment.

sooooo i’ve decided to try to go vegetarian for a month with my mom. i’m also going to try to avoid dairy as much as possible (eggs don’t count). to hold myself accountable, i’m going to try to post my meals. i know i haven’t used this account in a real long time—sorry! i’m gonna change that. anyways, here’s dinner! -suja berry goodness drink -spaghetti with basil pesto the second picture is desert, which was: -vanilla mochi (clearly not too good on this whole dairy thing) -strawberries with sugar so that’s day 1!
