GA 3-DAY TICKET

A General Admission ticket grants you entry into EDC’s colorful world of super blooming beats and funkdafied freaks, where you are free to wander and explore multiple stages of music, carnival rides, interactive art installations, and so much more. 18+ to enter, 21+ to purchase and consume alcohol.

VIP 3-DAY TICKET

Experience the best that EDC has to offer! VIP ticket holders will have access to rapid entry, a special viewing stage, private lounge areas and restrooms, and a souvenir laminate and lanyard. 21+ to enter VIP areas.

$1 from every GA and VIP ticket will be donated to support nonprofit charitable organizations.

Payment Plans

Your first payment is due at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments are made on the 5th of each month. If your first payment is made within 10 days of the 5th, your second payment will occur the month after. Example: You purchase your ticket and make your initial payment on December 1; your second payment is due on January 5, with following payments due on 2/5, 3/5 and 4/5.

GENERAL TICKETING FAQ

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale Monday, December 1, at noon PT.

Will you offer a loyalty presale again this year for people who have attended EDC Las Vegas in the past?

No, we will not offer a presale this year. We want to ensure that everyone who wants to attend has an equal opportunity to purchase tickets at the lowest price. All tickets will go on sale Monday, December 1.

What are the pricing tiers? How long until each tier sells out?

GA starts at $329, and VIP starts at $699, plus fees. Ticket prices will increase as allotted tiers sell out, based on demand. We cannot make any guarantees as to when tiers will sell out.

Are tickets expected to sell out?

There is always a chance that the event will sell out, as it has for the last couple of years. So get your tickets early—we want to make sure you don’t miss out!

What payment methods can be used to purchase tickets?

Ticketmaster accepts credit and debit cards. Payment plans are available (see below).

What is the maximum number of tickets I can buy?

There is a limit of 6 tickets per order.

Can I buy a one-day pass?

We do not plan to release single-day tickets, but cabana packages will be sold on a single-day basis. Stay tuned for package details.

Are travel packages available?

We are not currently offering travel packages, but we will offer special hotel pricing. More info coming soon!

Are shuttle passes available?

Yes, shuttle passes will be available. More info on that later!

Can I upgrade my GA tickets to VIP?

Upgrades may be available if VIP tickets have not sold out. [email protected] for more information.

What if I accidentally bought VIP tickets and I’m under 21?

Please contact Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000 to exchange your ticket.

Can I get a VIP package if some members of my group are under 21?

Only the 21+ members of your group will be allowed to enter VIP areas.

Should I receive a confirmation email from Ticketmaster?

You should receive a confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not (be sure to check your junk folder), please contact Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000.

What if I purchased tickets but my card hasn’t been charged yet?

Your card should be charged within 1-2 business days. If you do not see the charge on your account, please contact Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000.

I ordered my tickets to be shipped to me. When will I receive them?

Your ticket will arrive in a special EDC box with other collectible items. Please note that you will receive only one box and one set of collectibles per order. Example: If one person purchases four sets of tickets for different friends, all four tickets will come in the same box. If each member wants their own special box and collectible items, please purchase each ticket through separate orders. All ticket boxes will be shipped together, approximately one month prior to the event.

Why can’t I have tickets shipped to an address other than my billing address?

To help prevent fraud, tickets are shipped only to the billing address.

EDC’s almost here! Where are my tickets?!

If you do not receive your tickets within two weeks of the event, please call Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000.

How can I avoid ticket fraud?

The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from our official ticket links. If you buy resale tickets, we advise you to get them only from trusted friends. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.

I’m purchasing a three-day pass but can’t make it one of the days—can I let a friend use my ticket after I have?

No, your ticket is not transferable.

I’m buying multiple tickets. Can I transfer some of them to friends?

Yes. Anyone can use the tickets that you’ve purchased, but for security purposes, they will not be able to discuss the specifics of your order with ticketing representatives.

Can I use my three-day pass to get three people in on one day instead of just using it once per day?

No. A three-day pass is good for only one scan per day.

How do you guys think all of these artists for #coachella come up with these amazing ideas for their artwork? Whether it's 1-15 feet tall these artists come up with the most random work to produce and somehow pull it off in time to display each year for the festival! What would be your ideas for the next big artwork for Coachella 2015?
