Instanecdote no.3 November 1, It's that time of the year again when we visit and pay respects to our loved ones who already passed away. Tradition includes making suman or that green ricecake that we loved to dip in coconut syrup; a match made in heaven, indeed. But the essence of visiting our loved ones is to reminisce the good old days we had spent with them. And the boy pondered upon seeing people In the cemetery, giving some candles to their relatives, buying their deceased loved ones' favorite food, and buying flowers for them. He questioned his existence. He questioned the people who surround him. He only wants to be remembered when he dies; we all want to, don't we? He questioned himself the same question he wants you, who reads this, to question yourself too. Am I worthy enough to be remembered?

 I keep drinking

As if the alcohol were to wash out

The stain of the words you uttered

That has been playing in my mind for a while.

Which makes me wonder

If the permanent ink on my skin that says your name

Not enough to show my passion for you?

Or if the ring that I spent my year’s salary

Not enough to show my devotion for you?

I thought it was manly to hurt you

And being manly will make you like me

So I used the sharpest object my hand could reach

And use it as my advantage

To make you realize that I’m just as powerful.

 Gnashing my teeth, As the keen point of my knife Pierces through your porcelain skin. Stabs and slashes, Your precious blood splatters, Some landed on my lips; Honey it's so damn good. Your squeal The only thing I hear, Two stabs more, Please bear with me dear. And then you collapsed on the ground. Head first.  Eyes wide open. I'm on euphoria. Exuberating satisfaction Of seeing you dead, In my apartment, The only assurance I have, That you're finally mine.

BLACKOUT POETRY #2 "LIFE IS ABOUT BEING THE LIGHT IN THE WORLD." We may have different goals in life. We may have different roles in society. Though, We have one thing in common. Each of us has a light. Wars, hatred, cruelty and greed is what darkens our world. All of us are trying to escape darkness but none of us know how. We want to get back the old and peaceful world that we used to live in, but none of us know how to. We were blinded by the dark which make us violent. We were trying so hard to get back to our senses,little do we know that the solution is very simple, which is to do something good. Doing good triggers the light in our heart to spark and soon can overcome the darkness of the world. When none is courageous enough to take a step forward, then take a leap of faith and step forward. Don't be afraid to show other people the glimpse of light in your heart, the glimpse of hope that there is still a way to lighten up the world, and the hope of being able to see again. When no one is doing good, don't be afraid to be deviant. With a hope of which people will soon conform what you do, will help the world to become bright again. And it will start with you. Yes, you. Become the light of the world.
